hello,
unlike others dark souls on pc, this game will use EAC, i really hope we’ll be able to play this game in G3D but i’m now worried we wont be able to because of this… please tell me i’m wrong.
Try the Dark Mod with the game’s VR mod.
The dark mod is a standalone game that is based on thief.
I was on extended vacation, and didnt get a single notification from this thread. I know what you mean on the 3D rendering being hard to drive so I changed the 3D rendering to be. I also have had to start the game exactly in the position I want to play at for the tracking to work well, so I start the game with the headset on using the windows VR room and interacting with my desktop and sit still in the dark for 30-35 seconds till it starts. I tweaked the game settings down on all the crowd, reflections, and turned off all ray tracing to get better performance and turn on the DLSS in game to balanced. In the Vorpx settings, I used the FSR sharpening and it really helps with getting rid of some of the DLSS blending issues on the wheel display for legibility. I just uploaded my profile on the Vorpx config app so try that out.
@ Demuse, mr_spongeworthy:
Settings are supposed to be saved. If you play with mouse and keyboard, you have to use the OK&SAVE button, with gamepads and motion controllers settings should be save automatically when closing the menu.
If you are sure you actually saved the setings, it would be great if you could check whether you have write access to [CP2077]\bin\x64\plugins\cpxCP2077\Data and let me know whether that’s the case or not. The installer should take care of that, but maybe that failed for some reason.
@ Zel1984:
Super weird glitch, luckily only in bright daylight. My personal guess is that the game’s postprocessing pipeline does some kind of light metering, which gets confused by the increased car FOV in VR, so that it assumes a darker environment than it should in cars and then brightens the image too much. Just a theory though. I already adjust the image gamma in cars, but that can only do so much. Good workaround: In bright daylight I usually switch to the hood camera the mod adds. You can do that with the game’s usual camera perspective button.
dark messiah of might and magic, this game with vorpx is AMAZING !!! yes it’s not full stealth, but you can also stealth in that game and it’s so fun enjoying it with vorpx in G3D !
Hi,
just wanted to know, whether there is ANY other/new way to play Amnesia TDD with Radeon GPU (RX6700XT with HP Reverb G2), since it’s been a few years.
The (basically) immersive screen variant is nice, but is there a fix for the “eye switching” and stutter to play it in Geometry 3D, yet?
I basically got the same problem as quoted below, but sometimes one eye goes just dark and another shows (part of) the image.
(anyway, Happy New Year everyone!)
I cannot play Amnesia Dark Descent at all. Both eyes get flashing flickering of the game and the frame rates is so low it would be less than 1 frame per second. Im running win 10 64 bit. AMD fx-8350 Black edition and an R9 390x video card. Quake 2 does the exact same thing. I have tried many settings to no avail. Games like Skyrim and fallout 4 run just fine. It seems to be a possible issue with Open GL not really sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Would like to play this classic PS2 game The Bard’s Tale in 3D with VorpX and I see it’s for PC on the Steam store. Are there any profiles that would work with it and make it 3D? Apparently, it uses the Dark Alliance Engine.
is that the Minimal Foam Replacement Set for Oculus™ Quest 2 (Dark Grey)?
Top 10 so far. I play in 3d theatre mode w/ custom HMD ceiling suspension mod:
1. Cyberpunk 2077
2. Red Dead Redemption 2
3. Resident Evil 2
4. The Witcher 3
5. Rise of the Tomb Raider/ Shadow of the Tomb Raider
6. Code Vein
7. Nier: Automata
8. Resident Evil Village
9. Dark Souls Remastered
10. Remember Me
Hellpoint (G3D)
Pretty dark game, at least at the beginning. I recommend Cinema Modes, though Full VR is available.
– Full VR w. Headtrcking
– Cinema Modes recommended
– Profile availabe at the cloud

The game is currently 67% OFF Here
How can you access the vorpx configuration menu in The Long Dark? When pressing the left thumbstick I just crouch, and when using my KB nothing happen.
Also, is there a way to manually edit a game profile? I would had think they would has use JSON for that sort of things.
Thanks!
Last try with last version
It’s seem Ok but the 3D stereo mode was set to none.
I do some quick tests of other 3D geometry modes, ZAdaptive …
– 3D geometry works, but the shadows seen with the right eye were much darker than seen with the left eye. made weird
I changed them without relaunching the game
Taking a look at the in-game menu, I saw Vsync turned on (60FPS), so I turned it off. And the Fov had remained at 80. I raised it to the max at 90
I thought Vorpx would surpass these settings?
This is not the case?
you always have to put them in manual?
AMD FidelityFX sharpen filter works fine.
(I have an RTx 3080)
Shadow Warrior 1 & 2. Intense, need Good VR legs.
Skyrim (played as mini g.i joe mode..Fantastic) Seriously try it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a11VBm7ux44&t=2s
Half Life 2
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic.
Hey guys have a quick question. Currently trying to play amnesia the dark decent on rift s. My issue is when I start the game with a game pad or a mouse I can’t seem to access the vorpx settings menu to change the various settings such as 3D strength and etc.
Also while in Game I’m noticing a a lot of flickering textures, is this common for this game on rift s .
