You can get a new download link at any time: http://www.vorpx.com/request-new-download

BTW: It might make sense to change your nick/display name so that your e-mail address isn’t exposed to bots harvesting the internet for e-mail addresses. You can do that by clicking on the “Edit My Profile” option that appears when you move the cursor over the user image in the upper right corner of the page while being logged in.

Purchased vorpX yesterday, and received vorpX_WebSetup.exe file. Everything works quite nicely but…

This file downloads an additonal 39 megabytes that will installs vorpX on my system.

The download link for this file is only available for 14 days. The only file I can keep safe is the vorpX_WebSetup.exe, as your installer does not give any clue as to where the rest of the 39 megs is dumped.

Now:

Is it enough to keep vorpX_WebSetup.exe to install vorpX again, lets say for a system reinstall eventuality ?

If not; let me know where I can find the 39 MB files, so I can copy them to a safe place on an external USB device.

I am on Windows 10 Home edition, I have looked in %appdata%/local/temp, but it was not there.

Hello.

I own VorpX, but the other day my SSD went boom.

I got another HD, I also have the big key that sent with the purchase.
But I cant find where to download the program.

After doing a search I saw that we have to contact support
to be sent another DL link.
I did this, and gave my email address etc as instructed. But as yet have not had any response. What should I do now please.

Your order apparently went through fine and normally you should have received a mail from MyCommerce with the download link and further instructions.

I will resend the link to the mail address you used to register here. Let me know if it still didn’t reach you.

Just bought Vorpx yesterday and found out it does not have DK1 support in latest version. I have sent an email to support at vorpx.com, and through the contact screen on this site. Email I got back was for the same latest installer w/o dk1 support.

looking for the proper legacy vorpx that runs with dk1 and runtime 0.8.

Also, for $40 bucks, you guys either need to bake that support in, or offer a download link if you have that option. Finding that out after the fact and having to email the dev to get a copy, is poor form from a Dev-to-Customer stand point.

How can we get this resolved?

Your order is marked as “Awaiting Payment” in the database of our e-commerce service MyCommerce. If you used another payment option than Paypal or credit card it may take a while until the money is transferred to MyCommerce.

Once the transaction is complete, you will get a mail from MyCommerce with your download link.

If that does not happen within the next three days, please send a mail to support |at| vorpx com.

Hello,

Like a few other posts on this forum, I have not received any word via email about my activation key or download link. Matter of fact, I have not received any email regarding VorpX since my purchase.

The purchase page informed me that I would be able to download and activate immediately, and I was kind of banking on that. If I can’t get the download link soon, I’m afraid I’m going to have to cancel my order.

Your order is marked as “Awaiting Payment” in the database of our e-Commerce service MyCommerce. If you used anything else than PayPal or a credit card to pay, it may take a while until the money is transfered to MyCommerce depending on the payment option you chose.

Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a mail from MyCommerce with your download link.

If that does not happen within in the next 48hrs., but you are sure that you were charged, please send a mail to support |at| vorpx com. Ideally with a screenshot showing the charge on your account. We will then forward the matter to MyCommerce for clarification.

For now I would assume everything is fine though and it just takes a little while.
