With vanilla VorpX and NV, your gun is strapped to your face and you shoot directly where you look. Using this mod, your weapon will follow your hand and shoot in the direction you’re pointing it. You can also point your gun to select NPCs and containers, as well as pick up and move objects. You can also use gestures to open the Pip-Boy, ESC Menu, and select hotkeys. Movement is controller centric rather than HMD centric. Overall, it makes for a more engaging and entertaining New Vegas VR experience.
HI,
I am trying to play Mass Effect Andromeda with PSvr2 headset, but ps5 standard controller.
Sadly, Vorpx does not allow me to use the gamepad as a gamepad, it keeps overridding the keys with keyboard keybinds.
I am unable to do anything, changing the Xbox gamepad override to anything (Off, partial, full) does nothing, even after reboots.Can anyone help?

How do you even play this in Arma 3? Head tracking is locked in Full VR mode. You can only turn the head in cinematic mode but then it’s not really VR anymore. They keyboard is partly locked. Only a few keys work so you can’t open doors, go prone, switch weapons or give commands or anything except running around, shooting and reloading. Arma 3 requires you to have the full keyboard enabled.
Topic: Stuck in SteamVR Cinema Mode
Hi,
I’m having trouble with vorpX and a HTC vive.
I’ve gotten the SteamVR part working (can see the background with mountains, etc. But when I launch vorpx, then a game – it displays on the headset as a big cinema screen with the “SteamVR mountains” in the background. None of the vorpx keys work so I don’t think vorpx is being launched at all. Think I’m still in SteamVR somehow.
I also get the can’t hook in screen. None of the various options on that screen works.
Behaves the exact same way with several games. Haven’t launched succesfully at all yet. Suggestions?

Hi
I own vorpx now for a longer time.first i used it with my rtx3080 gaming laptop. after some time i made a pc build with a rtx4090. now on both devices i have some random crashes. especially in direct vr games its worse. sometimes i can play for one or two hours without any issues and sometimes it crashes every 5 minutes. i try a lot of different combination of settings and tricks but i can’t figure out why. i also have try to conntact the vorpx support but it seems to be not existing anymore.. so maybe somone in the forum can help me. below u will see my specs and the end of the log file where it crashed.

Hi,
I created a new profile for the X3 FL based on the X3. For the first time they work (installed helper), but when I start the game the second time and after, the view center (Alt+Space) and the ingame menu (Del) stops working. I tried run administrator, but it just does not want to work.
None of my hotkeys including Delete work anymore in Star Citizen. other games they still seem to work. Did a full factory reset in VorpX. Any other ideas?

every works fine except one thing: Looking down unarmed.
When doing it, the vr view flickers and also it changes to poster view for a moment.
It happens with headtracking on/off and with vr-controller or normal controller/keyboard input.
But when holding a weapon (also melee) or with the opened options menu, the problem doesn’t occur.What setting could be here the problem?(config below)
Bug or conflicts between headtracking and input?I couldnt find any similar topic.
