Resident Evil 4 remake and Death stranding have official profiles and either one are working for me.
I’ve been reading the forums in Vorpx and they work fine for everyone else apparently iN DX12 .
apparently theres some instruction that people are using and im out of the loop..can someone please assist me on what steps to perform..i purchased Resident evil 4 remake on steam and death stranding on epic games.. Once again i am using VorpX official profiles (for DX12) but will not hook to the assigned games ( resident evil 4 or death stranding)Profile based on Resident Evil 4 Remake.
Cloud Name: Resident Evil 4 Remake Grupo Español Vorpx.
Full VR, Z3D.
I recommend a resolution of 2880 x 2160.
To increase the FOV use this (I used 140 or 150 degrees): https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil42023/mods/123

Jerome <3Hello,
I purchased because VR is important for me but I cannot find an official cpu benchmark comparison and I do not know which CPU I should buy for best perfomance.
I am talking about getting best perfomance using geometric 3D.
For example ryzen 3600X + 3080 did not get 90fps (even at 720p, probably due to bottleneck) on Resident Evil 2 when using geometric 3D as it is a 3D person game with high graphics. You once said that most important is single core performance, however since there are new ryzen X3D cpus which have “lower” single core perfomance but higher fps on regular games, is not clear for me if it will be better to have a X3D or worst.
Also, intel VS amd have a very different benchmarks on enconding/encryption/compression so do not know if this is relevant or not.
So I would prefer to have some security when purchasing an expensive CPU, because I am buying a more powerful CPU and GPU just for this.
Using Quest2 with Oculus Desktop app. and Geforce 3080 Ti. Works very well with RE (8) Village (after pressing play in Steam) but with RE 2 and 7, the screen just goes black after I press play in steam and after the game intro starts. I tried the beta non RT versions but no luck. Is there a specific profile or driver I need to look for?
Hey Ralph :)
when i first got the game ( Resident Evil 3 remake) it played perfect then later..i started having issues. i went to the forums to see if anyone had this issue and resolved it..make the long story short.. I have an Amd Rizen Threadripper 1950x and my GPU is a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080..
So far i tried the Res2 remake profile method and changed the PCDX settings to Dx11.
didn’t work.. i tried the recent Vorpx res3 with the dx12 settings didn’t work..i uninstalled and reinstalled the game and tried both methods again.. also i forgot to mention i have a Valve Index headset.. Please help me :( im stuck on what to do..i really want to beat it in 3rd person Vr before i move on to Res4 remake.Thank You,
Jerome :)
