    Pressing DEL will open the vorpX menu in game. Cycle to “allow vorpX to change game settings”. You can tell vorpX to choose an ‘ok’ or ‘decent” or “very nice’ quality etc. Many of these represent custom resolutions you can add in your graphics driver panel (see stickied post)

    If you are just playing on 3D cinama screen rather than full VR mode, disable the “allow vorpX” to change in game settings and set the resolution in the game menu.

    Have better luck with reshade and desktop viewer when the game is in bordeless windowed

    The coronas only draw in the one same eye as the weapon / hud when g3d is set to 5.

    If you push the G3D to 5 and set the main eye to your preference, the gun and crosshair will only render in that eye (which you can get used to very quickly / quite playable). I use cinematic / g3d for it. The coronas can maybe be disabled in one of the .ini files, but not sure. Haven’t found a way to get the skybox from rendering at the front of the depth buffer though.

    Have only had vorpX for the last few months, and update wise, the Clarity FX functionality that was added could have been the 10 year gift as well. Hope the Cyberpunk vorpX VR mod brings a lot of new attention to vorpX, because it is well deserved.

    Maybe try to toggle (in your nvidia / amd control panel) “perform scaling on display/gpu” and “override scaling mode in games” / under “adjust desktop size and position”

    Had that issue on Fallout 4 a while ago and it resolved with that. (also borderless fullscreen / fullscreen) in game

    Want to add that “OpenXR session init failed” popup will still occur on some apps that used to work (Far Cry 5 / mpc-hc) since roughly the last quarter of November 2021. OpenXR is used by mixed reality portal and SteamVR also confirms OpenXR is being used.

    The only way to run those apps is to set VorpX to use SteamVR.
