Participantyep that worked for the mouse issue but it seems there was more than one problem. I am using an xbox pad (the one that came with the rift) and when I am in the options the thumbsticks are used to move the pointer about to make selections. The movement is very unresponsive and sometimes does not work at all even not working at all sometimes. But when I close the options the issue ‘seems’ to disappear.
Is there another option I am missing?
Thanks for the replies.

ParticipantBoth PCs are mine, one is a laptop and the other is my desktop and I use the same email address on both PCs.
So I just install it and use the same info I used on my main PC?

ParticipantSorry gratefuldave54 I saw this post a few days ago at work and forgot to reply for you when I got home.
The program I excluded was OculusClient.exe and this fixed the issue for me.

ParticipantI was also wondering how dash will work with vorpx.

ParticipantBtw how do the updates come? Does it download automatically when I start vorpx? Or do you send out emails to a new download link?
DevlinDarkside
Participantok thanks Ralf

ParticipantAnyone know when it will be available for download?

ParticipantAlso if I import a profile that is available in the cloud how do I ‘apply’ it to my game settings?

ParticipantThanks for the replies guys :)
Would be nice if the developer had a rundown on each option. Maybe a wiki or something.
It’s a bit rough having to pay £35 then have to root around google for instructions….

ParticipantThere were some experiments in this regard.
What would be possible is this: pressing a button could switch the controller into another mode (let’s call it “airmouse-mode”) where rotating the controller in space changes your viewing direction like the mouse normally does. Releasing that button would switch back to normal mode. Again: no decoupled aim, the whole viewing direction would change while you rotate the controller. Personally I found that quite neat, but some testers said it was disorienting, so in the end it was left out.Maybe some of you could let me know their thoughts on something like that. If there are enough voices in favor of it, I might make it available as an option in the next update.
So I could press 1 button and look about freely and indipendantly with the HMD?

ParticipantFree trail would be a really good idea. I am on the fence about purchasing vorpx and a free trial would go a long way to help me make my mind up.
