RJK_ParticipantUpdated Profile Jul.11.2022
Nice little update on this awesome Unreal 3 engine Game.
– Several small fixes
– Improved readability on HUD Elements
– Game seems to run more stable nowHint: The game is currently 85% OFF Here
RJK_ParticipantYou should find s2gs.exe in the *gamefolder*/system/ subfolder. In the vorpX config app click on -Excluded Programs- and add s2gs.exe from the subfolder mentioned above. Note: The profile has been made for Steam version of Sacred 2 Gold. IIRC i ran it with the retail game before, not shure though.
RJK_ParticipantWhich “list” do you mean ? s2gs.exe may be in a subfolder. Its nessecary to exclude it from vorpx, not doing so can result in 2D only.
RJK_ParticipantPROFILE UPDATE Jul.10.22
An update with a few small fixes has been uploaded to the cloud.
Imortant Note:
This profile can not be used for the add ons of the game !
Though you can use the Profile “Spellforce 3 (SH/FG) – G3D”
for:– Spellfoece 3 Reforged
– Soul Harvest

RJK_ParticipantFunny, i love Bethesda games so much. I played Fallout 4 several times, many hundret of hours, loved Oblivion but for some stange reason i was through Skyrim within just a few days. Perhaps i expected abit too much from the game, perhaps i didnt like the same voices on every corner, donno. The graphics werent kicking as promised from reading through the web,too somehow.
@dborosev can you give us a list of those 30 Mods that work with vorpx ? ( May save some time with experimenting )
RJK_ParticipantIt doesnt look very good with this game. Ive spent a couple of hours on a fix, but it seems at least at the moment impossible to get to work with vorpx in 3D. No profile required for 2D with vorpx.
RJK_ParticipantCool !
RJK_Participant4K on 15,6 Inch

I guess in 20 years or so they may reach the 40 Inch. Though i have my doubts because of the viewing distance.

Anyway interesting news, perhaps meant for people who want to put a 3D photo of their beloved ones on a desk or so.
Thanks for sharing!
RJK_ParticipantOne thing i would check first is “3D FOV Enhancement” in the vorpX menu. You find this sessting in the Full VR Tab. Slide that down to 0. Also make sure Camera height (same Tab) is set to 0.
RJK_ParticipantVorpX supports only older versions of OpenGl until around 2005, at this time OpenGl 3 and higher is definately not supported yet. Perhaps some early 2.0 is, but i am not shure. Some games falsely indicate their specs sometimes too.
RJK_ParticipantJust a main hint. Game engine vorpx wise is not nessecarily like game engine, meaning that a profile for a certain game engine may work or may not work with a game with the same engine.
A good idea if anything fails while trying “enigne” profiles is to go through “special” on this list. Special profiles are very individual profiles (please make shure you are choosing the right DX9 oder DX11 profile for your game) for various unknown game engines. Sometimes such a profile can be used for “Unreal” , “Unity” etc. as well where other engine specific profiles fail. https://rjkole.com/gamestuff/engines/index.php?selengine=Special
RJK_ParticipantIf i may point out two games ive played recently,
Plague Tale and Shadowman Remastered.
During gameplay ive updated the Plague Tale profile several times, so the game looks REALLY well in VR now.
The old remade Shadowman doesnt have the “today” graphics, but the 3D experience is just awesome
(climbing up firewalls etc), first of all in Full VR withe Huge camera zoom factor. While Plague Tale quite eats up some PC power Shadowman Remastered could probably be played flawlessly on an I3 with a GTX970….
RJK_ParticipantAn option for G3D may be DGVoodoo2. Use v2.6 D3D9.dll and go through different Rjkole DGVoodoo2 v2.6 Profiles. You may be lucky. Ignore VorpX D3D9.dll message.
RJK_ParticipantLooks like the profile isnt compatible anomore with the newst VorpX. I quickly made a Z3D profile for it which requires the same patch as above and should work with the 2nd game as well. (see cloud) Sorry that i cant give you any other solution.
