    Ouch, so disappointing about Valahalla. Well, please don’t give up on it, its such a good game. Hopefully you’ll have a breakthrough.

    Well…, its fingers crossed time for some out of the box support for Cyberpunk with an existing profile. Here’s hoping. See y’all in 7 hours.

    @user77,
    >>>”2020 and Covid sucks my Passion”

    Yes, as far as gaming goes, 2020 can suck my.. passion.. as well.
    Cyberpunk will be **most** welcome indeed.
    Not sure what your cyber code at the end means. If its a secret 2077 club code, I want in.

    I took a video of myself watching the combat section of the review. You can see the bugs in combat are bad.
    (hey, if we can’t laugh at ourselves….)

    Ah, googled it. Got it! ;)

    Bugs are fixable. I’m just glad the core game is solid and live up to the hype.

    Try 1929×1080 res, and also check your HUD scaling. Just thoughts.

    @user77,
    Looking increasingly like maybe it will be one release after cyberpunk.

    You can. It just won’t look as amazing as the demo vids. You just won’t be able to run all the bells and whistles and high res, etc. But should still be at least playable.

    You can create profiles for games which may not be on the list, but you need to use an existing profile and copy it first. The profile has to be compatible with the game. Ie. the same engine, directx, unreal, etc. Some work, some won’t.
    Not sure there is any other way to do it. It has to have some 3D first to actually start tweaking the profile with the built in “shader tools” you can find in the help.
    Hooking refers to Vorpx getting its hooks in the exe and being able to display it in the HMD. If it hooks, you will see the VORPX logo on the screen and the game will show in the HMD.

    It’ll run fine in Z3D, you just can’t crank the graphics too high. The recommended specs for the game aren’t actually that bad, and Z3D doesn’t subtract much from the fps. Also, its almost a certainty Ralf will release it as Z3D at first just to get it out and playable by everyone who doesn’t have a GtX4090 from the year 2023.

    In the past, Ralf has been pretty good about dropping a “quick release” for high demand games as soon as they’re out, so fingers crossed! But its all up to his schedule so we’ll see.

    I would not play them with G3D, its just not worth it. Any game which is 3rd person open world far distance type, you can get Z3D to look pretty much as good. Crank the 3D up to 3.0. Also, shadows usually have issues with G3D.
    I love G3D as much as the next guy, but for games like this, the payoff just isn’t there.

    ORRRR…. ahem…option twoooo……(steepling fingers with one eyebrow raised) Valhalla to keep us occupied for the next 3 weeks while we’re all chomping at the bit, then Cyberpunk as it pretty much deserves its own release as well as fireworks. ;)

    If both come out in the same release my brain would overload. Haha.
    Its all good… just too excited for both of these bad boys.

    Thanks Ogrescar, and good work trying to get it working. I guess Z3D will have to do for now. Its funny because as I watched gameplay footage of the game, my first thought was “holly crap there is so much going on visually with multi layered effects this is gonna be a b*tch to get a profile for in G3D.
