So your Vive is in Ralf? Still waiting on mine. Any first impressions?
I’d be curious to hear your thoughts on the Headset itself. How does it compare to the DK2, comfort wise, resolution, fov, lenses, etc.
dellrifter22ParticipantAfter learning how to go the injector route to install ENB, I was able to get it to work with Skyrim. Some helpful vids on youtube that explain how to set it up. It does hit the performance harder this way, but at least it works.
Generally Sweetfx is less performance hungry with games, but I’m not having luck using it with Vorpx. I’ve read that some can inject it through RadeonPro (witch is actually how I add sweetfx to my games normally), but I’ve had no luck getting Vorpx to agree with Radeonpro. Only if I disable API monitoring will Vorpx let me launch a game with Rpro. But doing that disables the sweetfx.
So my question to anyone here is how they got RadeonPro and sweetfx to work with Vorpx. Cheers.
dellrifter22ParticipantSkyrim does feel better now. Trying to upscale the res now with the extra performance.
Anyone know how to fix the black bars covering the right and bottom of my screen after I use the upscale internal resolution (2.00) with Z3D on? When I turn 3D off they are removed, when I turn Z3D back on, they come back.
dellrifter22Participantupdate 16.1.2 seems to have fixed the tracking issue, thanks.
Still getting performance hit though. on 0.9.1 I would average 30fps driving mid city, now it averages about 12 fps. Maybe this is thanks to the new Oculus home 1.3. Is having that running that much of a performance hog?
dellrifter22ParticipantYou on Windows 8 or higher?

dellrifter22ParticipantI too am having troubles with the new 16.1.1 on DK2. Last night I could run GTA5 with oculus 0.7, now I get init errors. Is home 1.3 required now?
Now I can get GTA5 to launch on home 1.3, but my look in full vr mode is inverted. It felt like I was emulating xbox stick with my head (inverted and less responsive). I tried to override xbox fully in vorpx menu, but my settings never save through the next restart. Settings restored to default when I start back in.
I also noticed a severe performance hit to my frame rate compared to how i was playing last night using vorpx 0.9 and oculus 0.7.
lastly, i cannot find an IPD adjustment anywhere now. not in game menu, not even in the main vorpx cinfig tool. Was it removed?
