rift_unParticipant
Note, the problem is the game is too zoomed in and warping appears when i look around. I assume if directvr is fully supported then this wouldn’t happen.
rift_unParticipantI just hope that if the terms “metaverse” and “vr” become synonmous, then if metaverse fails (which i think it will) then it doesn’t drag down vr with it. Like steph12 above, i’m all about the vr games, i dont care for metaverse.
rift_unParticipant^ i have a pimax 8kx right now and i like it but i expect the aero to be a step up in clarity (and a downgrade in fov). Tbh i just love all vr, the aero will be my 8th vr headset. I still have a quest 2 also.
rift_unParticipantLOL i’m not rich! I bought it on a 0% balance transfer credit card! Will be paid back 100 a month for 20 months, no interest :~)
rift_unParticipantWill let you know no problem, i’m due to receive my headset by the end of this month so will post result then.
rift_unParticipantDeus Ex games can be played stealthily.
rift_unParticipantJust have to add this, Vorpx’s directvr feature does a fantastic job setting up fallout nv imo, sets everything up…its as good as native vr support, apart from weapon size.
rift_unParticipantThe more i experiment with this game and the mods settings the more i like it, great work Ralf, thankyou for it. My only small gripe is that it crashes fairly regularly (no mods installed).
I notice in fpsVR that my gpu only reaches about 70% utilization, cpu a little more. I have 3080ti, Vorpx Phenomenal setting. If i go above this my fps drops too low but gpu utilization doesn’t rise.
I want it to hammer my gpu! 100% all the way!
rift_unParticipanti’m getting 72 fps on quest 2 (my refresh rate), setting is Nicer. a little juddery when turning with right thumbstick but not when turning with my head. its definitely playable for me on a quest 2.
but with my pimax 8kx i’m getting 50 fps on low settings and theres a black border around the whole view, i guess the mod isnt made with pimax wide fov compatibility?
rift_unParticipant^ lol at the warning. I sense some sarcasm there (which it deserves!).
rift_unParticipant10 years of vorpx! I thought i was an early vorpx adopter as i 1st purchased it in 2015, i was nowhere near! I bought vorpx and an australian vr/3d software called tridef, tridef are no more.
rift_unParticipantSo @Ralf, just to clarify, this mod will be “free to everyone” so free to all (including those who don’t have vorpx) and part of vorpx and “standalone”, meaning a separate executable as well as being included in vorpx?
rift_unParticipantBtw i hope GOG version works with this mod.
rift_unParticipantThis is epic Ralf, can’t wait.
rift_unParticipant^ no edit button?
