It´s seems that i can´t disable vorpx motion smoothing (I want to use only native Quest ASW).
Rivas10ParticipantASW is not working for me since the BETA update. I´m playing it with QUest 2. In FPS meter, vorpx gives me the correct fps (game fps 1/2 of Headset FPS), but this is not perceptible in VR, giving me a raw image without motion smoothing.
Rivas10ParticipantDon´t know about non-steam version, but it hooks normally with steam´s version.
Rivas10ParticipantSons of the Forest. It already have good 3d depth in Z-normal mode with Subnautica Below Zero profile and it works in G3D with Ori and the Will of the Whisps profile, but it has bad performance (14 – 20 fps on RTX 2080ti with i7 7700k)
Rivas10ParticipantTry some dx12 games, like Dirt 5 (cloud) or Cyberpunk’s profile. It hooks, but without in game significative 3d depth

Rivas10ParticipantTested again a few minutes ago with Cyberpunk 2077 (´cause it´s dx12) and hooked, but without any 3d effect in Z-normal and Z-adaptative.
Rivas10ParticipantYes, unforntunately I couldn´t make it hook with a working profile.
Rivas10ParticipantI have sent you an e-mail reply, hope you don’t mind. Let me know if it didn’t reach you.
Already replied the e-mail in a few minutes.
Thanks!
Rivas10ParticipantCan we start a good list of coop games which work well with VorpX? I know a person or two who would love to play some coop games (but doesn’t own VorpX yet), but I’m not sure which ones have things like EAC which disallows coop play with VorpX.
Anyone vouch for these:
– Far Cry 5??
– Deep Rock Galactic?
– Conan Exiles?
– 7 Days to die
– ….?Sea of Thieves and Green Hell… both of them with cloud profiles
Rivas10ParticipantIf by chance Sea of Thieves is structured the same as other Unreal 4 games, you could try adding the below for an FOV increase:
Open (or create if does not exist) Engine.ini found in C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Local\(Sea of Thieves)\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Add at the bottom and save:
[/Script/Engine.LocalPlayer]
AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOVHey, this trick worked! I don´t know exactly the FOV value now at 5160×1440, but definitely it´s better than before with this tweak in engine.ini (C:\Users\(your user)\AppData\Local\Athena\Saved\Config\WindowsClient)
Rivas10ParticipantI actually tried the Conan exile profile and it works like a charm with Geometry! the only thing missing is the Full VR, that it would make everything perfect, I suggest to deactivate the FPS lock in the settings, I’m running it at High settings above 70 frame per second with geometry. It’s unbelievable, it seems made for VR. I’m not very good with the various settings, so I had to zoom out a little too much, but the 3d distance is perfect. I’ll put it online if you want to check it out!
Thank you! Downloaded it! Now i´m looking a way to increase FOV… running the game with ultrawide resolution helps a little bit…
Rivas10ParticipantYou played online without any issues?
Yeah, no problem at all
Rivas10ParticipantPlayed 90 minutes with Borderlands 3 profile, Z-adaptative, with immersive mode and some little tweeks in vorpx menu ( reducing 3d strenght, near-far range, improving sharpening…). This game has jitter issues with headtracking, than, I recommend to use low HT sensibility (~15) and start the game with an ultrawide resolution (3440 x 1440 or 5160 x 1440): this will avoid HT´s mouse emulation jitter at the same time that provides a large image, reducing the necessity for high HT sensibility.
