B) Place EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll file from the archive into your Far Cry 5/bin/EasyAntiCheat folder.

C) Place FC_m64.dll file from the archive into your Far Cry 5/bin/ folder.

Now, set up a vorpX profile for FarCry5.exe and you are good to go.

I’ve uploaded an Immersive Screen Z3D profile to the cloud for anyone to use.
(tested on Pimax 4k with game settings: 16:10, FOV 94, reticle “centered”)

In game FOV can go as high as 120, but I’ve found that does not apply to vehicles sadly. Still, a neat experience in vr so far. Enjoy!

p.s. @Ralf – I know you’ve tried with BattlEye, but wonder if you might contact EAC sometime to allow vorpX hooking in future games. I know some versions of Reshade have now been whitelisted, perhaps vorpX could as well. Might be worth a try, EAC seems to be here to stay :\

EDIT: Never mind. Just doesn’t work with quotes for some reason. Take off the quotes and you’re good to go.

Basically what it says in the title.

This first one is especially important as it allows anyone on the network or at the ISP to manipulate the data that is sent to inject malware.

The second one is important as well, it allows additional verification that the files are legitimate and even allows users in enterprise environments to whitelist VorpX based on signature. It could also calm the antimalware softwares down a bit on new releases.

An alternative to this would be to publish the checksums for the installers (Not just the downloader) on something like GitHub and publish links to the installers directly.

I compared the SHA256 checksums of a downloader I recently got to one I got a while ago and recently found in an old backup, they were exactly the same and creation date was set to sometime in 2013 so it doesn’t seem like they are individually crafted.

i got the download link on my email but when i click it it says the download limit has reached however this was the initial click

When I click on Start Vorpx, the updater comes up. It says “preparing download” and stops responding instantly. It stays at 0%. I have to Windows End Task.

Very sad to come home tonight and not be able to play.

I ended up requesting a new download link and that worked.

But just so you know, something was definitely wrong with the built-in updater.

My last update was 17.0

If you did not get a mail from MyCommerce with a download link, your order almost certainly did not go through. You can verify that in your Paypal account.

If against the odds you were charged, please send your PayPal receipt to support at vorpx com and we will forward the matter to MyCommerce.

I sent this problem in “contact us” and didn’t receive a response so here I am.

Putting this as frankly as possible, a family member used their email to buy me VorpX last year however this family member died recently. I got my computer formatted after it was put in for repairs and no longer have access to VorpX. Is there any possible way to gain a new DL link without access to the original email address? I still have my license key and request code used, just not access to the same email.

Information I can provide:

-Request Code used on original download
-License Key used on original download

There might be a general incompatibility or maybe it’s something that doesn’t occur with the final build. Either way, for now please go back to stable Oculus 1.2.

Update 2018/01/18

An updated desktop viewer that works with Oculus Home 2 beta is now available and will be included in the upcoming vorpX 18.1.0 release.

For now please unpack the archive linked below to your vorpX program folder, overwriting the existing vorpDesktop.exe. The vorpX program folder usually is C:\Program Files (x86)\Animation Labs\vorpX.

Recently I requested a download link. I installed the program and referenced an old e-mail with my original product key. When I copy exactly (no invisible spacing) the Registration Name and Key it gives me an error. The only discrepancy I can see is that the Request Code provided in the new e-mail differs from my original e-mail when I bought the software. Not sure if that matters. The exact error is:

“Registration did not succeed.
Your registration information could not be validated.”

i need a download link for a version of vorpx that supports oculus runtime 0.8.0.0 and the dk1. I have sent multiple emails requesting a download link and gotten no response.
