I has purchase the software and I has sent the request two days before. However, I don’t receive any feedback from vorpX. I send to support but there is no feedback also. I have no idea who I can contact. I’m afraid my 39.99 USD is gone… :(
Hello. Today I bought vorpX. I get the download link but when a run the setup file (vorpX_WebSetup.exe), I am getting this message: Download Error. I uninstalled my antivirus software, disabled firewall Windows, Windows Defender and modem firewall. Did not work… I do not have any other security program running. The installation mode of this program is so frustrating, help me please.

I bought it a few months ago and have not changed my email or anything, I got this email sent to me on the 14th of August so I can confirm it is the right email.

Thank you for buying the vorpX beta. To activate vorpX, please follow these steps:
1. Install vorpX from the link you got earlier
2. SEND AN E-MAIL WITH THE REQUEST CODE that is displayed in the license dialog to [address removed] .
Please make a backup of the installer. Your download link will expire after three weeks.
