    cool can’t wait to try.
Also I do not want to see any rendered controllers in game.
Is there a way to disable the rendered controllers or make them invisible?
Floating controllers will break the immersion and probably interfere/clip with the 1st person body mod I use

I have had the same issue forever. I avoid underwater, but it is necessary for some dungeons. I just save-exit and play on monitor until passed the water, but sure would be nice to see if there is a fix.

    LOL
    Hooli … Pied Piper … ID… Zenimax
Ridiculous drama and litigation. It’s all real!!!!!!! :o

Looks like the consumer looses out in the end. Sad ;(
But when millions->billions of dollars are flying around it’s no surprise that the fighting gets intense.

I wonder if Zenimax would bring the hammer down on Ralf and Vorpx for competing with their VR Fallout4 and Skyrim too? Maybe just fly under the radar….

ASW pretty much always limits games to 45 fps in vorpx unless you are running at a solid 90 fps. I find games running at 50-60 fps are fine but ASW will limit them to 45 fps. So you can turn it off if you like.

To disable ASW you can press (CTRL 1). If you are running in fake 3d you will probably hit 90 fps. In Geo 3D you may get to 90 fps depending on the game, your system ect.

So you have to turn OFF fluid sync and turn OFF ASW

Oh and for sitting you can use this mod.
    http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57859/?
You can set the FOV for every different situation including sitting.
First person horse riding unfortunately does not work for direct VR but you can not use direct-VR and use normal mouse emulation head tracking when mounted.

    I can confirm 100%
In skyrim (DIRECTVR) you can look around anywhere you want during conversation.
Stare at their feet, look around and ignore them or stare at the breasts if that is your thing ;P LOL.
There is no zoom and everything is 100% the same as outside of conversation. It is really great!

I thought VorpX would only overwrite the ini file if you used the Game-settings Optimizer.

I used to play with shadows at 2048 but found I got a ~ +5 fps boost by going down to 1024 so eventually gave in to worse visuals. I found the 2048 shadows worked fine with older Vorpx. Have not tried with new update.
Wish I could dynamically change 2048 for indoor locations then switch to 1024 for outdoors where FPS is harder to maintain. That would be neat, but probably impossible to do.

“G3D Latency Enhancement” is already disabled. however bug remains.

    I noticed this same bug.
Unfortunately it occurs with DirectVR Scan
When DirectVR is on this happens even with “G3D Latency Enhancement” =0 and no 3d fov enhancement.

Still I think DirectVR gives a nice smooth head tracking and is still worth it even with this graphics bug.

The analog trigger buttons do this. I just recommend using the Left and right bumper buttons instead of the triggers. Set the triggers to something non important or don’t even use them.

For gaming you just can’t beat the Intel Core i7-4790K. Best VR cpu possible.
I found it a major upgrade coming from an AMD AthlonX4.

    For skyrim disable vsync with
    ipresentinterval=0
    in the ini file

Having the mirror screen on the monitor is a great option but nice to have an off switch for those who may not want it for whatever reason.

I noticed the same thing. It was considered to decrease FPS back in the day and was usually disabled in options if possible.
The game on screen is nice for other people to see what you are doing or to see what is going on when you take the headset off and it seems to work perfectly now. I hope it is not decreasing performance in any way (I see no obvious drop in FPS).

I had VORPX since 2014 with a DK2 and got tons of free updates since then. The newest update with direct VR is really amazing and worth more than anything on Oculus home in my opinion. VorpX just has tons or replay value and is well worth the cost more so than any other VR demo or game that I have seen so far.
