    I’m in the same boat – I could never play a flat game again. A whole chapter of my life gone like that. And I tried, but the lack of depth perception is just so bad I truly hate it. As jjensson mentioned, superdepth 3D is good for stereo 3d. But VorpX does the best overall job in my opinion.
    I think VorpX has a big enough following that it has the momentum to stick around for quite some time.
    Best thing to do is just spread the word on VorpX.

    It works now. There was a fix to superdepth.
    You can use vorpX viewer, or virtual desktop to view.
    Just use the reversed depth map in the settings and play around with it. Look amazing.

    Meh. AC Valhalla is much better in 3D anyways. Having a blast playing it.

    @Dellrifter,

    Yeah, I’m sure vorpx will be able to up the framerate on it, but for now its a great option.

    This shows you how in general. Like I said above, the settings need some minor tweaking (1 min worth) to dial it in, but looks brilliant when you do.
    (using the proper reversed? depthmap is key)

    I agree, z3d is by far the way to go with large open games. G3D is great for indoor tight spaces type games.

    Nice. How was the z3d under rdr2? Did it work well for space objects, or was it all kind of flat anyways because of the distance?

    Should be fine. But that mod isn’t done yet as far as I know.

    It never ceases to amaze me how some people can’t tell if there is depth or not. I’ve seen quite a few profiles where it says 3d, to find none when I try it. Then the person says “oh, it looked kind of 3d to me”. I think there is some genetic factor similar to being tone deaf for some people.

    I thought 100 was the max fov vorpx was setting it to. Or has this changed recently? If so, can the same vorpx technique be used to set the fov to 115 for immersive mode? Or should I just get the mod?
