    Hi, dont own the game just guessing…
    I think all the stuff you could do, you have done?
    eg. Ingame menu turn off motion blur n stuff
    Ingame Vorpx menu playing around with hud options ?
    Then maybe there is a game.ini where you can look around.

    I got it by making a custom resolution but it is just too blurry to enjoy, thank you.

    Maybe someday it will be native in SC.

    Did a profile overhaul which changes the setup for this game a bit, so please do the following if you play

    Set general quality to epic !
    fullscreen=on
    resolution=tested 1440p & 1080p(better performance)
    AA=low(if you have a powerful gpu>1080gtx you can lift it up)
    Shadows to averrage or middle (high=glitchy low=just low)
    DoF, motion blur,color aberrartion,vsync=all off
    language=well i leave that to you

    Greetz man youre welcome, as I proceed in this game, I have to say it rocks, turned off some blurry stuff and now it looks amazing clean and nice 3dish. One more advise would be to turn off the framed objects ingame for more immersion. It was on sale for 1,20 eus yeah.

    Big battle of the profiles today ay ;).
    So here is Redeemer G3D, good old U4 engine.
    As usual set shadows to low,
    motion blur,vsync,color aberration I would prefer off.
    Tested on 1080gtx@1440p aa off, turn resolution down to 1080p gives a good fps boost.

    I understand, the situation may differ completely from one case to another.

    After reading the essential notes, named 112 ° horizontically or 96 ° vertically,
    I think this is a good starting point, this text has been of great help to me.

    One last doubt more Ralf, on the improvement of additional FOV for 3D Geometry, that we have available within the internal menu Vorpx, has managed to save me several times with a small extra extra.

    Is there a way that when we increase our value slightly, the image does not become more blurred?
    can we compensate this in some other way?

    Character models are blurry until you disable Anti-Aliasing. You may also want to turn down Post-Processing to Medium to avoid texture issues.
    If any other texture related issues become apparent, you may want to adjust Motion Blur.

    The game is an absolute pleasure in G3D.

    Also, I tried to include these instructions in the User Profile Description, but it never showed up.

    There’s a couple profiles for this game on the cloud now, but no mention of it anywhere on the forum. Another neat online vorpX experience for less than $7 during the summer sale.

    Blackwake (G3D)

    This Unity engine Pirate game is easy to get working in G3D, and is one of the prettier looking I’ve seen on the engine. The moonlit rainstorms add nice atmosphere – making all weapons and surfaces wet and reflective. Also, the models and animations are well done, which really enhances the 3D effect.

    All that really needs to be done is lower the shadows to LOW, and all other lighting effects should look great. I only wish the water could be more 3D. I’ve added another profile to the cloud, best for Pimax8k.

    – use a 16:9 resolution (2560×1440)
    – set FOV to 88 in game
    – set shadows to LOW
    – set motion blur to OFF

    *The first launch Tutorial can’t hook for some reason, so do that on the monitor first, then launch Blackwake with vorpX the second time through.
    *cinema fullscreen works best for Pimax8k, but Rift may prefer fullVR mode.

    It’s pretty fun running a cannon crew, and the ship boarding combat can be pretty hilarious. A quick look at the gameplay trailer in case you missed it:

    Picked up my first summer sale game, and been enjoying my time with it these past two nights. Thanks to shr84 for confirming geometry for us and getting an early profile up.

    Generation Zero (G3D/Z3D)

    Kind of like Fallout 76 but a bit creepier with more emphasis on stealth. If you like creeping through the woods and rummaging through abandoned houses for supplies, this has you covered. Once detected and taking fire, it can be quite intense as you scramble to escape and not be cornered. The nighttime atmosphere makes for a pretty neat vr experience.

    G3D is working beautifully thanks to the Hunter: Call of the Wild profile, and only needed a couple disagreeable shadow fixes to look great. I’ve uploaded my settings to the cloud, though I bet we’ll see this one officially before long.

    – use a 16:9 resolution (2560×1440)
    – set FOV to max 80 in game
    – turn off dynamic resolution in game
    – turn off motion blur (or static objects may look blurry)

    *Setting Shadow Treatment to OFF in vorpX will hide the crosshair if you like, but note this will also hide map icons. Use Z3D toggle key when using map.
    *HUD can be scaled for G3D, but will cause flicker if used with Z3D.
    *Close one eye when using scopes, like you would in real life.

    I’ve chosen cinema at near fullscreen as default (best for Pimax8k), but Rift users may want to also try immersive and fullVR modes for a better fit. Enjoy!

    Some solo play you can scrub through to get an idea:

    G3D now available! New profile on the cloud.

    I’ve been playing this in G3D now since January thanks to the Prey update and have finally put the new profile settings on the cloud. I figured with the 50% off sale going on now, it’s a good time for anyone interested. Servers are most active during weekend and evening events.

    A part from being on the heavy side performance-wise, G3D is looking good and fov is improved. Aiming is now more natural thanks to main eye, and first person animations more immersive.

    I’ve found fullscreen cinema mode to work best (especially on Pimax8k) for HUD reasons, but rift users may prefer the look of fullVR mode. Z3D is still an option that may look best when combined with the immersive screen settings.

    – use a 16:9 resolution (2560×1440)
    – set FOV to 75 in game

    My recommended game settings for performance clarity:

    antialiasing = SMAA 2TX (helps a lot with jaggies)
    motion blur = minimum (some blur helps to feel smoother)
    particles = low
    physics = low
    water = low
    textures = very high
    object details = low
    shading = medium
    post processing = very high (helps with sharpness)
    shadows = low
    smoke = low
    corpse count = 25

    I don’t have the game, but see if using higher resolutions help, and turn up the vorpx sharpness in delete menu if you haven’t already.

    If blurriness is only present in G3D (gone if you switch to Z3D), maybe a run through the shader tool could find a blur filter to hide.

    Hey everyone,

    It was on sale for the steam sale so i picked up Call of Cthulu 2018 and there is a profile made recently that is supposed to have G3D and positional tracking – anyhow, it works… but the game is absurdly blurry and just washed out, like cant see intricate details i know the rift is capable of showing, this isnt screen door, just legitimate blur to everything.

    i have turned off blur options in the game and messed around with Anti aliasing in game via nvidia control panel and messed with antistropic filtering and still extremely blurry

    anyone have a tip of how to bring the blurriness down?

    thanks for your time!

    OKAMI HD – Z-Normal

    cinema mode.
    When it is made to look in 3D, the screen is blurred.
    It seems that it can not be helped.
    Make it clearly visible and there are no 3D effects.
    Better than FLAT MONITOR.
    Don’t expect too much.
    Profile is in cloud,check it.

    My take on VR headsets in 2019:

    Original Vive: Better avoid, just like you mention, terrible SDE and low res, you really don’t want to play in VR or 3D with this at this point.

    Original Oculus: Similar issues to Vive, plus it’s now discontinued by Oculus, so better avoid.

    Oculus Rift S: Best value per dollar. Way better image quality than Oculus CV1, very cheap for a full VR kit, very easy to set up, works fine with Vorpx. It has a few problems though, track loss in some angles, need a well lighted room, not as high quality plastic as CV1, below average included audio (you can still use headphones though), and walled garden market by Facebook, but you can still use Steam games and apps.

    Vive Pro: Nice option and currently can be found used at decent prices. Very good image quality and best tracking system in the market with lighthouses. HTC has awful support and warranty though.

    HP Reverb: A Windows Mixed Reality device, and by far the best image quality with basically no sde and the best device for simulators / 180 movies / Vorpx / 3d playing. Still it has some issues that have to be ironed out like blinking image and other stuff, so check https://www.reddit.com/r/WindowsMR/ and do some research if interested. As a VR device it’s servicable, it has the worst tracking system of them all, it’s usable but not much more, and below par controllers. Since it has such a high resolution panels, it requires a more powerful computer than average.

    Valve Index: Not yet released, but the safest option for a great upgrade with barely any compromises. Better screen than almost anything else but Pimax and Reverb, barely any sde, better fov than average, best tracking system on the market, the best controllers with full hand tracking, really comfortable, amazing audio and 120h/144hz mode for extra immersion. Also as a steamVR device Vorpx support is almost granted, the big con is price: $1000 for the full package, and it’s sold out until september.

    Samsung Oddysey Plus: A good balance between quality and price. The screen has a special filter than almost removes all SDE, but it makes the image slightly blurry, still most people say it looks great. All the quirks of WMR device, but it has none of the issues of the Reverb like blinking image, and price is pretty good. Solid entry device for a full VR kit for the user than wants to play 3D, simulators, video playing and Vorpx over a high quality VR experience, which again is OK but not great.

    Pimax: Two models, the 5k’ has amazing image clarity similar to Valve Index in terms of SDE and image quality, and also it adds huge FOV that greatly increases immersion. 8K model has a bit less clarity but improved screen door, so it’s the better option for Vorpx and 3d gaming. I have it and SDE is nearly imperceptable, and as the greatest SDE hater alive, it has become a non issue for me. The cons are price, since they are expensive, availability, high performance requirements so better have a good rig, and since Pimax is a chinese company, support could be better, but they are actually doing a decent job with it.

    Once bought on sale now this becomes a real gem.
    On one hand its funny. Its like a scifi b movie with the producer narrating here and there (i.e.how they have no money and fakin stuff) nice:)) On the other hand Im impressed. In real life this is at first glance a causual looking, isometric twinstick shooter, long forgotten, one out of many… never played this game seriously maybe 10 min. Well what should i tell, in Vorpx its a whole other world, as i first saw the tower in 3d gzus ! They put def. some money n time in this one .
    Im still at the first stage and found alot of diverse and obscure looking enemys.
    All created with scifi B movie setting in mind (bubble arm robots and such).
    Anyway really nice 3d ingame looking really sharp in 1440p but on my 1080gtx its a bit over the top struggeling around 30fps, for me its ok but 1080p gives a reasonable boost. I could squeeze out some FOV and 3d strenght is at maximum.
    !! But you have to turn off shadows, reflections, blur,and vsync also shaders set to DVD mode all in the game menu. !!
    Grab the jetpack and beat the tower yeah
