So first I have to get a new download link since I have downloaded this product by accident 3 times. Next, my hard drive has sadly failed and was not able to recover Windows at all. I need to reactivate it.

I have it activated currently on my laptop.

Hi Ralf auto update is not updating, so tried looking for old link like you advised and they expire after 3 weeks when I checked emails so the original dl link from purchase no longer exists think you may need to resend to all emails as I can’t find another way to download on the vorpx website only seem to be able to buy another copy rather than having a download page as well

Forgive my ignorance, but I cant find the link to download manually (as I am in the group that has 0.7 already and rolling back isnt working too well)

This is a problem with your virus scanner. Please notify your AV vendor of this as a false positive. Many scanners try to guess whether something is malicious, and in case of vorpX this guess is wrong in your case. May be caused by vorpX “injecting” other programs to work.

To get another download link, please send a mail to support |at| vorpx com.

Basically I have had the same problem as others with my computer thinking its a virus. I tried downloading two times and now I am out of downloads. I’m not very happy because $52 is a lot to pay and I haven’t got anything in return.

I’m sure that Ralf has that covered. My guess is that either opening VorpX after the 23rd will promp an auto update, whether the rift is detected or not. Or owners of the software will receive an email with a new download link.

Whether the new install will require a new response code, I have no idea. I personally hope so, since I stupidly installed Windows 10 without installing Windows 8.1 first, which means I can’t authorize Windows 10 unless I wipe my drive (including VorpX) and start over. I’ve had to reinstall Windows (and therefore VorpX) so many times, they think I’m pirating. So unless version 9 requires a new code, I’ll just stick with unauthorized Windows 10.

I found that my VorpX wasn’t working. No matter what I tried to launch(except for vorpx config) it just gave me the message: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000018). Click OK to close the application. – I decided just to re-download but i cant find the web installer and there are no links for it. I would really like for this to work, ive been waiting to do Arma 3 on the rift for so long.

My activation key cannot be verified.

Please double check whether the request code in the license dialog is the same as in the key e-mail. If not, send us your new request code. Also please make sure to enter the data in the name field correctly. It has to look exactly like in the key e-mail. Use copy and paste to avoid typos. The key e-mail has an example image attached that illustrates how it’s supposed to look.

To activate vorpX please follow the short instructions in the license dialog that is displayed when you start vorpX: send us an e-mail with the REQUEST CODE that is shown in the dialog. To avoid potential delays please do this from the same mail address that you used for purchasing vorpX.

Normally the link is displayed on the last page of the order process if the purchase was successful. In addition to that you will receive a mail with the link from MyCommerce. Unfortunately this may take up to 30 minutes in some (rare) cases. If you already waited that long, please check your spam folder – just in case the mail went there accidentally.

The web installer shows a “Download Error” message.

This is most likely caused by a virus scanner, firewall or other security software that prevents the installer from accessing the internet. Please try to disable all such software and also check your router firewall. If that does not help, it may just be a temporary network issue. In that case wait some time and try again later.
