ParticipantNevermind the previous post, I had a fresh vorpx install without custom profile to add deathstranding.exe to hook it up, both versions hook normally.

ParticipantThanks!

ParticipantVorpx not hooking to this anymore, maybe the directors cut changed somethings? Anyone else that can check if it still hooks?

ParticipantNo need

ParticipantHi Ralf! I’ve been playing around with this mod for a few hours now, and I’m REALLY struggling to get usable framerates.
Are you running geometry mode or Z3D?
Laser
ParticipantTransference = this one in 3D would be mind bending !
Its allready a native VR game, no need for vorpx?

ParticipantNothing changed when I switched to steamvr from openxr, not that I would use that anyway because of the performance drop. But hideout levels aren´t a big deal if there aren´t many actual missions in later game when geometry doesn´t work properly.

ParticipantThanks for the profile update!
For me it did not fix the lighting issue on hideout levels, other eye still renders some objects black. Maybe its then system related if it runs fine on your rig?Laser
ParticipantIm hoping that with the new Pinball FX using unreal engine we can get it to work with Vorpx. RJK¨s profile for FX2 is pretty damn good but obviously its allready been abandoned for a long time and I only play it for the tables that aren´t ported to FX3.
Not a fan of the idea to buy tables again since none of the tables carry over from FX3… But I still have bunch of tables that I don´t have in any previous FX games (mainly williams tables) and with the possibility to play them in VR with vorpx I might buy some tables again if the price is reasonable.
But if pricing of the new Indiana Jones table is any indication of future Im not optimistic at the moment.Laser
ParticipantI´ve only played through the first level but holy s*** this looks good on my G2. 2560×1440 on epic setting on z-normal mode and its kinda like watching an animated Star Wars movie. Hopefully this cinematic ride goes through the whole game.

ParticipantFor now I disabled 3d for the hideout parts. Next chapter (6. Medical District) seems to work fine so Im hoping not actual “gameplay” missions are not a problem in the future.

ParticipantThanks for the lean in trick for weapons, actually quite good vr experience with vorpx. But after first 3 chapters the lighting/shadows bugged out on me. When going to chapter 4. (factory) it starts. Chapter 4 only lasts a few moments but the problem persists in chapter 5 (hideout) and makes it unplayable for me.

ParticipantIn my opinion I don´t think there is a better headset for vorpx than the G2. Im not counting the upcoming Varjo since it costs 3 times more and the vive pro 2 doesn´t currently work properly with vorpx.
The biggest downside of G2 (bad tracking with controllers) doesn´t matter with vorpx since you aren´t using the motion controllers anyway and I upgraded mine with knuckles controllers and lighthouses for native vr games.
I currently have 3900X with 6900XT so you definitely want a higher end pc to fully enjoy G2 with vorpx. But even at lower resolution it still looks better when running at lower resolution since the screen door effect is minimal, compared to lower resolution hmd´s.

ParticipantTested clarity fx in few games, works as I expected. Handy for heavier games to drop down a resolution and get the performance boost that way. Thanks for the update! I will propably use the medium and full option, didn´t seem to oversharpen on my Reverb G2.

ParticipantControl didn´t hook for me before but this version fixed it, thanks!
