LaserParticipantGreat performance on that card, unfortunately after that goes downhill. Cheapest 4090 in my region is 1999€, the card is power hungry, hot and big. Even if I can afford it, no way im supporting these prices from mr. leatherjacket man. I don´t even want to know what 4090ti is going to be, over 2500€?
7900XTX reference is supposed to be something like 15% slower on raster (won´t be using raytracing anyway with vr) and AIB models should be really close to 4090 performance for 2/3 of the price, thats my pick if I decide to go for this insanity. Or wait next year for 7950XTX
LaserParticipantI had the same thing, unticking “use the latest preview openxr runtime” fixed it for me.
LaserParticipantFor fun I downloaded GT Legends and seems to work fine with vorpx with G3D, 7 years since I last booted up that game. :)

Not up to date but should give you some information. I haven´t played rFactor 1 myself but it has G3D support and same engine games like Race07.Sometimes stuff breaks after updates so its never 100% sure that a game works now that has before but older games its rarely the case.
Also if a profile is missing its pretty simple to do it yourself if there is a game that uses the same engine.
G3D is all ways better than Z3D if you look purely at the depth information, but often you have to run in Z3D modes because of performance or there are graphical glitches in G3D mode. And in my opinion Z3D mode in many games isn´t far off from G3D and I think it (Z3D) looks better in VR than in monitor/TV.
LaserParticipantNevermind the previous post, I had a fresh vorpx install without custom profile to add deathstranding.exe to hook it up, both versions hook normally.
LaserParticipantThanks!
LaserParticipantVorpx not hooking to this anymore, maybe the directors cut changed somethings? Anyone else that can check if it still hooks?

LaserParticipantNo need
LaserParticipantHi Ralf! I’ve been playing around with this mod for a few hours now, and I’m REALLY struggling to get usable framerates.
Are you running geometry mode or Z3D?
LaserParticipantTransference = this one in 3D would be mind bending !
Its allready a native VR game, no need for vorpx?
LaserParticipantNothing changed when I switched to steamvr from openxr, not that I would use that anyway because of the performance drop. But hideout levels aren´t a big deal if there aren´t many actual missions in later game when geometry doesn´t work properly.
LaserParticipantThanks for the profile update!
For me it did not fix the lighting issue on hideout levels, other eye still renders some objects black. Maybe its then system related if it runs fine on your rig?
LaserParticipantIm hoping that with the new Pinball FX using unreal engine we can get it to work with Vorpx. RJK¨s profile for FX2 is pretty damn good but obviously its allready been abandoned for a long time and I only play it for the tables that aren´t ported to FX3.
Not a fan of the idea to buy tables again since none of the tables carry over from FX3… But I still have bunch of tables that I don´t have in any previous FX games (mainly williams tables) and with the possibility to play them in VR with vorpx I might buy some tables again if the price is reasonable.
But if pricing of the new Indiana Jones table is any indication of future Im not optimistic at the moment.
LaserParticipantI´ve only played through the first level but holy s*** this looks good on my G2. 2560×1440 on epic setting on z-normal mode and its kinda like watching an animated Star Wars movie. Hopefully this cinematic ride goes through the whole game.
LaserParticipantFor now I disabled 3d for the hideout parts. Next chapter (6. Medical District) seems to work fine so Im hoping not actual “gameplay” missions are not a problem in the future.
