“I actually enjoy that it’s a seated experience”

You can actually play them standing to. I do that with a wireless Xbox controller. Feels really immersive. You can use Vive wands in lieu of an xbox controller to free up your hands further though remember you won’t have motion controller support.

VorpX has a much clearer screen than Big Screen and even Virtual Desktop; it also offers stereoscopic 3D for many non VR games out of the box which Big Screen and Virtual Desktop can not offer without additional tools.

Oh that is excellent news! Thanks for both hints! Also I love that fun fact! VorpX has been an amazing ride and I’m happy more people keep getting introduced to it. It’s such an awesome tool! VorpX has brought me hundreds of hours worth of enjoyment and there’s so much more to explore!

Currently I don’t think it is possible, but I wonder if 3 degrees of movement mouse emulation on Vive controllers would be possible instead of on the headset as an optional feature that Ralf could add

VorpX needs to work with Natural Locomotion too. These forms of adaptive locomotion would go a long way to making VorpX a more fluid unmissable experience.

I thought VorpX already worked with Natural Locomotion because NL just binds the movement to keyboard, mouse, or vive wands?

Steam isn’t running as admin and neither is Rocket League (neither give me a UAC prompt).

I will try to get VorpX to hook without admin again and will report the results.

Can you possibly make a profile for the original Attack on Titan?

I am really interested in this as well. Would LOVE IT if we could get Build engine games which run in OpenGL to offer 3D in VorpX sort of like how GZ3Doom does it already.

Oh and technically not build engine, but please lets add Rise of the Triad (1994 version; a windows based Open GL port is available) to that list!

I got it to play via the Vorp X Desktop Viewer. Probably not ideal, but you can do it. Definitely Easy Anti Cheat I reckon to….

Ah yeah makes sense Easy Anti Cheat would block VorpX. VorpX desktop viewer doesn’t offer any sort of stereo mode so I’ll just play on my 4k 70 inch tv that my PC is hooked up to.

It was worth a shot! I had no idea this game and Titanfall uses the Source engine though!

When I tried Battlefront 2 a couple of months ago before the G3D update, the game would hitch a bit during menus and right after I died (performance) ingame was fine until death). Did anyone experience that?

I imagine Ralf or someone would have noticed it due to all of the extensive testing on frostbite engine games.
