    Hello guys

    @Xylos

    did you find a way to record stereo with OBS and VorpX ?
    That window that Ralf mentioned shows SBS, but would an external software record this as SBS and not as a single image ?

    …just an idea…, how about inventing something like a “stream to disk” option for vorpx so people dont need to experiment around with other software. I could imagine having big fun watching stereo movies taken from other users games. (May be that could boost the sales rate too through youtube for example)

    I have just uploaded a profile for “Knights of the Temple” to the cloud.
    Follow these instructions : https://www.vorpx.com/forums/topic/have-you-gotten-an-unsupported-game-to-work-tell-us-which-one/page/6/#post-173634. Its the same manufacturer, same engine, same year. Tell me how it worked out for you.

    Unfortunately i dont own Rage, so i wont be a big help.

    As far i know Rage has an openGL renderer. You may try that together with a quake 4 Profile. For a test you also could try the Dishonored 2 profile.

    Knights of the Temple: Infernal Crusade (G3D)

    Hack n Slay from 2004. The dynamic camera is an ideal test for motion-sickness-resistance. Older graphics but music is great and makes the game quite catching.

    -download profile from the cloud
    -update to latest patch recommended “knightsofthetemplepatch1.exe”
    -you must do the following setting for proper G3D
    environment.cfg
    VID_RENDER=OpenGL
    VID_MODE=1920 1080 32 60

    options.cfg
    VRES=1920 1080

    It seems game does not allow res. higher then monitor res.
    -game is using dynamic camera
    -Using the bow will let you play in first-person
    -use immersive screen mode or cinema for best gameplay

    Need for Speed: Underground (G3D)

    -Must patch to 1.4
    -use https://thirteenag.github.io/wfp#nfsu for custom Resolution
    -rename speed.exe to speed_u.exe
    -terminate exe manually after shutdown
    -Crowd and Vehicles partly 2D only

    Spellforce / Platinum (G3D)

    This is a very unusual profile and a bit tricky to use, though it has quite good 3D. Its important that you follow the steps below.

    -Make Adjustments (Sound,Graphics ect.) first
    -turn off shadows
    To enable user defined resolutions:
    use shortcut SpellForce.exe -window
    edit config.lua
    replace video mode (resolution)
    with (example):
    WindowHeight = 1920
    WindowWidth = 2560,

    You MUST play in Immersive Screen with Edgepeek or FULL VR with edgepeek enabled. If you are not using edgepeek mousepointer will be limited to the center of the screen. (Unknown bug).
    – Start game with edgepeek.

    Known issues:
    -Mousepointer works only properly in one of the modes above
    -fixed 3D Strength

    Isnt there an official profile for the game ? You could also try the KOTOR 2 profile from the cloud, this should run with KOTOR 1 as well. I personally had no problems playing it on the vive.

    @baktus

    (if there is no vorpx logo at the botton of your swtor pc screen, vorpx was not able to hook in and than there is no signal to start the game in your oculus)

    You are possibly assuming wrong, KOTOR 1/2 is openGL and openGL games do not show the vorpX logo on the monitor.At least i could report that from my setup.

    No need for Dosbox with Dungeon keeper anymore. The Original Dungeon Keeper 1 Keeper95.exe works now with a DGVooDoo2 profile. No stereo of coarse, DX5.

    PS: If anyone manages KeeperFX which is a clone manages to work with VorpX please let me know. The graphics are much better then the original game but it doesnt seem to work with DGVoodoo2. Its not clear what DX the clone is using.

    Warhammer 40000: Dawn of War (G3D)

    In this Strategy Game with 2 little modifications you can put yourself in the middle of a 3D Battlefield with Orcs and all kind of futuristic enemies.

    -download profle from cloud
    -put this camera zoom mod (camer_high.lua) into you games folder 40k/data, with this mod you can zoom in very close/out extremely far
    -change FOV to the desired value (best 110) in camer_high.lua
    -Full 3D-Camera needs to be “on” in the graphic options, otherwise the mod will not work.
    -use this mod to disable HUD by pressing SHIFT-TAB, put autoexec.lua into the folder where w40k.exe is located
    -the profile is using cinema mode for optimzed game experience
    -(NOT TESTED) the profile should work with all the add ons too, just add their executables to the profile. ( If an add on doesnt work, let me know)

    @matteo39

    That list is not 100% secure. Some people report G3D even a game has Z3D only. Ive tried Dirt 2 just a few days ago and there was no G3D, so i removed the red mark. Havent tried Dirt 3 yet.

    Arcania: Fall of Setarrif (G3D)

    In therory you an use the profile from the first part, but since the Add on has a different light situation, i recommend this profile.

    -Decrease or turn off shadows and advanced lighting.
    -Possibly some rare light bugs in certain remote places, especially caves.
    -profile availiable from the cloud.

    Arcania: Gothic 4 (G3D)

    Quite some people were longing for this game in VR, i hope you will enjoy this profile. This is “V 1.0”, so there might still be some glitches in caves or remote places. Let me know how good this profile works for you.

    -Update to latest patch (SGSD70C)
    -Turn off or lower shadows and advanced light settings
    -Dont touch HUD settings
    -profile availiable from the cloud

    I used Arcania GOLD for this (first DVD).Any other Version should work too if patched to the version above. The Add on worked completely different with 3D Vision, so it will receive a separate treatment.
