the mod works great now. thank you. its just confusing that vorpx displays a message to turn of motion controls when connecting a gamepad.

I finally managed to get the game working with gamepad – thanks to a mod i was made aware of by ralph.
however i cant get a good framerate with my 3070. fsr adds terrible compression artifacts. i have set the resolution to 2500 x 2500
has anyone found good settings for a full-vr experience?
the game is awesome in vorpx. thanks for your profile and instructions.

thank you that worked somehow. but there still are double inputs or jumps are not registered.
is that the end of the line or can an official profile improve things?

i think image quality is great when following the guide for the profile. i just cant get controller AND headtracking working at the same time.
and mapping all keys while wearing the headset is too much hassle for me.
so i am hooked on starfield VR but cant play it :)

the user profile is great BUT i cannot use the controller at all. would an official profile fix that or can i bury my hopes of starfield in vr?

nevermind. i think it has to do with the game switching between keyboard controls for headtracking and controller for movement.
i hope an official profile will fix that. its great in vr.

    Hi Dave,
Great Work. Thank you for the detailed instructions. The only problem i have is my controller – its acting strange. happens in most vorpx-games i try to play. is there a solution for this? do i need to turn of steam controller emulation?
thanks again for your great work.

thank you. it works. i needed to uninstall and re-install.
gestures are a nice idea. but overall head-aim seems improved in this version.
such a cool mod. hope more people discover it.

thanks for all the tipps. will try it out later. there are “Performance” mods on nexus for the game. cyber engine tweaks.
does it noticeably improve Performance? or introduce other problems?

i finally tried your mod and im stunned. what a place night city is to bring to VR.
im on an i9, 3070, 32gb machine with a reverb g2 an struggling with Performance. setting the headset to 60hz seemed to help. do you have any other tipps for Performance? should i put the headset to half Resolution? dlss? every frame helps, especially when driving…
thanks for the great work and all the best.
