you can adjust them in a menu you bring with “del” button and press “ok&save” to keep your modifications saved, if its just fov you are after and vorpx keeps resetting fov adjustments you did you can disable automatic game settings changing by vorpx in vorpx menu window from tray.

I havent tried cod games myself, but Ive seen people mention 3rd party mod to adjust fov, you probably are missing that one, vorpx has some hacky fov enchantments but usually its better not to touch them since game might not even render objects in increased fov area.

I hope you didnt make same typo in cloud profile name, people looking for cryostasis will miss your cry-stasis, then get sad and cry.

Yes, 3080 absence is more concerning than vorpx working with the game right away

That sounds like they have changed shaders somewhat. You can think of shaders as sort of layers game renders on top of each other, game, shadows, fog effect, game ui etc.

G3D profiles set every layer of the game a certain way like UI is supposed to be flat readable plain, shadows might not work and should be disabled, gun sometimes needs to be none 3d to not look wrong etc. Its really simple really to do yourself when you try to readjust different game profile to a new game.

What you should do is enable shader authoring in vorpx settings, then in-game switch it on with Ctrl+END and cycle through shaders to see which ones are for text and for UI windows, it seems in your case shader number that was saved for a shadow or something after game patch matches texts now and vorpx just disables it.

Strangely only first couple of cyberspace levels looked wrong in G3D, almost finished the game, everything looks perfect in 3D. I wonder if setting everything ot off or low in settings but antialiasing helped.

Have you tried all variants of running as admin, alternative hooking and hook helpers? Plus some games sometimes wont let vorpx hook while it runs fullscreen or other way around. Try all different things and it wont be G3D most likely, new games have DX12 so Z3D max you can hope for or just a virtual screen in front of you without 3d.

you can cycle through what each set controller button does, if you have disabled it altogether you should have had notice it has rebind option too. Just select the button you dont like and press left-right on that line changing it or disabling one button only.

1080 is way too low to enjoy vorpx on current gen HMDs, 1st gen maybe, but on index 1080p game looks very blurry

There are programs that can emulate mouse/keyboard with your game controllers, including wheels. Personally I use Joy2Key but you can also write or find simple scripts for that for autohotkey.

Fair points, but if there was a folder in vorpx root where all injection dlls would be and someone would manually use them responsibility would lie on the user, not you…unless you know people break their shit themselves and still come to bug you about it.

Use hook helper for rdr2 and cursor thing is known, only thing you can do when it appears is to press alt+c to switch it back off.

G3D is impossible in rdr2 since vorpx doesnt support it, while z3d is there, but not that noticeable.

Ghost of a tale and Outer Wilds have dedicated VR mods, that are much better than just vorpx hack

I was able to bring back shader editing using right injection dll (dxgi.dll) but cant make shaders to rednder in stereo, only overlay and only negative offset, can do that to whole scene too if all shaders are tagged as UI, but its pointless.

So all Ive got working was flat game on screen and UI in a smaller space more readable, and floating closer to viewer than rest of the scene.

Maybe advanced profile authoring could help, dont know.

I used this profile for Vaporum Lockdown, there was no 3D but it let me edit shaders, shoved each one properly, then I used same profile for Fall of Dungeon Guardians and edited shaders there.

Then next day without any upodates to widows, vorps or any other software, nothing really both games just stopped letting me edit shaders and disabled 3d in dungeon guardians.

I was able to get it back for guardians game via injection through dll, but for Lockdown – nothing.

I have no idea why would it suddenly disable shader edit and 3d after changing nothing.

P.S.: Fall of Dungeon guardians is a similar game and Ive uploaded the profile btw.
