Hear hear! Lol, I definitely agree, Matteo. I played through Isolation with VorpX it is awesome! Best experience I’ve had in a game in years. It wasn’t just because the game is good, but VorpX makes games like they should be. Thanks Ralf. Looking forward.

Mixed Reality is what Windows calls their HMDs. The Odyssey+ is a Windows Mixed Reality Headset, but it’s VR. Just different terminology 😊
Yes, but the engine is frostbyte! 😃 which means we may get G3D with the new VorpX release that is soon coming! So exciting.
So, I haven’t jumped in to Desktop Viewer to test this out, but have you tried windows key+D? I would think that would work. Have an awesome day! =D
Hey, @RJK_, I know how you feel about the hearing loss. I’m over 50%. It can be frustrating to not always hear clearly (or at all). Anyway, thanks for the proposed Christmas gift list!
Try the following steps:
1) Uninstall any Antivirus other than Windows Defender
2) Try game again, if fail:
3) Run VorpX as Administrator
4) Try game again, if fail:
5) reinstall VorpX
6) Try game again, if fail:
7) Run VorpX as AdministratorIf all that fails, you may have to submit a log to the support e-mail.
I tried out the profile that was made for the Definitive Edition of Sleeping Dogs, and it works for the regular edition. It has G3D and no color issues. There is a ghost texture issue that I tried to nail down in the shader options, but couldn’t isolate it. I think its a convergence issue with shadows. Anyone have a pointer on how to conquer that problem?
Alright, well, hopefully this is easy! 😃 is the main exe file of the game “omsi.exe” like the profile says?
Alright, so, I did some more poking around for you, and found more people with similar issues, and installing the developer package worked for them. I just tried it and it installed without question and I could still run VorpX (I didn’t have a problem before, but I wanted to check and make sure I didn’t break anything by installing it, which I didn’t so: yay!)
