RJK_ParticipantPlease try “Alternative Hooking Method” in the VorpX config app under “General”. If this doesnt work make a VorpX desktop shortcut and start the game from there. Also try normal hooking method with that shortcut. Thats the only advice i can give for “injection failed”.
RJK_ParticipantThe 3D effect is the same. Headtracking depends on the game but i would say the “overall VR effect” should be better using the native app.
RJK_Participant– Hexedit war3.exe and game.dll, replace war3.exe with war7.exe, rename war3.exe to war7.exe
Please read above, you must rename the edited war3.exe

RJK_ParticipantIf you dont mind me popping in, The logitech mousedrivers can cause all kind of problems with certain games. (For exemple mousepointers moving too fast). Concerning the “spinning” i would remove any logitech drivers (and other mouse stuff) for a test.
RJK_ParticipantDGvoodoo2 WIP60 released.
If you run into problems with the wrapper and G3D profiles, try different settings in the dgVoodoo.conf
ShaderCodeGenerating:
0 – Internal code generator only
1 – Internal code generator + D3DCompiler co-work
2 – D3DCompiler only (compatible mode with previous wrapper versions)ShaderCodeGenerating = 2 is the recommended setting for VorpX and must be set manually
RJK_ParticipantNOTE: The glich mentioned above is a typical glitch with the gmotor engine. So if you use this profile for other games with that engine you can expect parts of digital displays rendered only in one eye
RJK_Participant
RJK_ParticipantIf the shadows werent assigned to the S3D switch, there was probably a reason for it. Sometimes i rather disable them instead of using the S3D switch for example when other parts of the game get messed up.
If you magaged to turn off the shadows without breaking something else, then just fine !
IIRC the game was quite difficult to adjust.
RJK_Participantyour comments make me happy !
RJK_ParticipantTo be honest i havent been using contollers yet and i couldnt even tell you what those message are about. Best way is to try different settings on this page, if everything fails turn Controller Mode OFF and play with mouse and keyboard only. I havend done any specific controller/mouse/keyboard settings on this profile so i sadly cant help you there. I usually turn controllers OFF.
RJK_ParticipantI dont remember the way shadows were treated in this game. I usually assign them to the S3D setting. Turn this OFF to remove shadows completely. If i missed a shadow somewhere you can enable expert settings and either turn oFF (dont render) that specific shadow on the shader page or assign it to S3D as well (shadow).
RJK_ParticipantI certainly appreciate this
Config app remembers folder paths for various open/save dialogs between sessionsThank you very much for the update !
RJK_ParticipantOne thing you could do is trying one of my experimental profiles together with DGVoodoo2 s glide wrapper. Click here, scroll down to Undying and Summoner. There is a chance for some fake 3D, no real 3D reconstruction of coarse. If it works use force resolution in DGVoodoo2 for a better image quality.
RJK_ParticipantYou must uncheck the pass through option. Enable the DGVoodoo logo to see if DGVoodoo hooks. If so, vorpx should hook into the game through DX11 but since the game is DX5 VorpX will provide 2D only.
If you wish to use opengl remove any DGVoodoo stuff from the games directory and try vorpX with one of the Quake and Descent 2 or other OLDER OpenGL profiles. There is a chance of 3D through OpenGL.For opengl, the remake comes with an older dgvoodoo (1.5),
DGVoodoo 1.5 is not an OpenGL wrapper it wraps Glide to DX7 or 9Note: Some games dont even work at all. So no guarantee.
