ParticipantYeah, it works really well in G3D. The details are overwhelming.

ParticipantLets see if we can get Syndicate 1993 to work.

ParticipantYeah it would be great if the community could come up with 3D profiles… I wish someone would do X4

ParticipantJust to add to my old posts, you can even play Mechwarrior in VR with non VR friends. I play with one of my friends, he plays on an ancient laptop with super low settings and I’m in VR on my vive. Really awesome game, bought all the DLCs and they’re all compatible with it.

ParticipantThe first one had native VR, what a let down.

ParticipantDid you ever get this working? I love this game’s GAMEPLAY, it’s basically a 3D ripoff of Wing Commander Privateer… with a bunch of woke garbage.

ParticipantIt’s because the technology for 3D in Cyberpunk isn’t there yet. Perhaps a 5060Ti will be able to make it run but as it stands the graphics cards at the moment aren’t going to be able to spit out that G3D experience for you.
Might I interest you in the Mechwarrior 5 VR app while you wait? Also My Time At Portia works amazingly well in Vorpx as does Rebel Galaxy .

ParticipantWindows 11, the choice of WEFers everywhere.
You will run nothing and we will be happy.

ParticipantI realize this is an old thread, but I’m just posting for anyone who will try it. This is an amazing game with the native VR Mod called VRWarrior. I’ve put in around 35 hours so far and I’m totally in love. If you like the universe, you’ll love this game. It does require both a screen and VR to play though. I have my projector setup with the headset and its just perfect. The number of mods adds to the content once you’ve played through the vanilla game. You can get clan mechs [mad cat] and have all sorts of adventures. It’s a fantastic VR experience.
One thing I have noticed is that the VR really pops when you change the display from TXAA to FXAA and also speeds up the game. If anyone wants to play Co-Op let me know.

ParticipantReturn it and get the original. I played through almost the entire game with VorpX enabled. Then my controller broke. :(

ParticipantHere’s where you’re wrong. I used to have a job as a security guard working in an empty government facility that had been mothballed 20 years ago. My job was to sit there for 12 hours and amuse myself.
I brought my PSVR (because it was portable) and played through loads of games for 5 years. You just can’t do this with PCVR yet, as far as I’m aware. I never complained about the wage, gave my boss any issues or had a bad day at work, it was fantastic. I recommend that anyone that is looking for a sweet job, get a security gig and bring your VR.

ParticipantI can’t wait to replay this, I love being inside the ships. Has anyone tried Star Wars Galaxies? Is it G3D?

ParticipantWhen I was a kid, my folks were nice enough to get the Vectrex. Back then those were cutting edge graphics and I recall more than a few times sitting infront of the box and pretending that I was in a starfighter. The games didn’t even have color, you had to put a plastic screen infront of the monitor to simulate color effects.
VR and even the doll house effect takes a game to another level. You can ‘play a game’ or live the experience of whatever the game is about. That’s the difference with VR, we no longer have to imagine what the game world would be like, we can clearly see it.
I’m still using the gen 1 Vive and I love it. I can’t imagine another headset being much better but when I upgraded from the PSVR to the Vive, I was totally blown away. I expect some really amazing stuff in the near future.

ParticipantThis is not a game, Ender!
