ParticipantIf I dont make the DirectScan (ALT+L) there is not this problem, but that’s not an option for me.

ParticipantI have an issue, when in cinematic mode with balck bars above and belove, if there is a choice to make, I don’t see the options. In flat mode it works.
For example, in this point at the end of mission 1, I couldn’t end the missiĆ³n on VR:
https://guides.gamepressure.com/dishonored/gfx/word/708859328.jpgIt’s sad, because the game works very well, it seems native VR.
Edit: I have tryed playing with the HUD depth and HUD scaling options without success

ParticipantHey, OpenXR is working great on Reverb G1, very smooth, and now I can ALT-TAB with other apps while playing AC Origins.
I have a small issue, beside Reverb I have a Quest 2, and it seems VorpX is forcing the Windows sound to Oculus Virtual Audio Device when it starts in OpenXR mode, even if the active OpenXR runtime is WMR, so the game starts without sound.
If I change it WMR sound before launching the game, it seems VorpX doesn’t want to hook. No problem for me, I launch the game and change the sound after, just in case you wanna look it.
Edit: Just disabling “Use built in audio device” works everything perfect on launch !!!!!

ParticipantWith PCVR growing steadyly, VorpX improving and supporting more games, I guess sales are going forward :)

ParticipantIs anyone else playing AC:Origins with vorpX at the moment? Have you guys been able to squeeze more than 20-ish fps from it while in the streets of Alexandria?
Maybe too late, but for me it goes very smooth with the official profile and a 2080S.
Really Awesome Origins in VR !!!

ParticipantIts still not perfect, but some progress. Havent tried it out yet
The PSVR version is far from being perfect, so the PC version with VorpX could be better than that.
Despite the awfull DS4 tracking, still and asesome game in VR ;)

ParticipantIs there a way to make the AIM go with TrackIr instead of the mouse ?
cercata
ParticipantThe tracking is not good, it’s not as smooth as when we have DirectVR tracking.
And it’s totally non related to VorpX, because I have tryed with Virtual Desktop, and I have the same kind of “shaking”.Anyway, I’m really anxious to play this on VR, but I would prefer Ralft not expending time on this game, since it’s gona have official Support, so he can focus on games that don’t have VR support announced.

ParticipantProper marketing and visibility and communication is half of the equation IMO.
Of course it is, and if it’s done by youtubers non afiliated to VorpX, it’s much better.
Advertising is not gonna make people think VorpX got better, but endorsement from independent people will.
The more games that have good DirectVR support, the more marketing will come.

ParticipantI just replayed Mirror’s Edge algo with VorpX, amazing, you hit DirectVR, and boom, it’s perfect VR !!!!!
I hope one day we’ll hace a good profile for Catalysy, meanwhile I’ll keep an eye on Stride that should release this summer.

ParticipantWe are lucky, because it’s a propietary engine, for a Plage Tale Innocence there is still not support
cercata
ParticipantHow do you set the game for 1st person view ?
I see it in you website in the 1st person category, but I don’t wee where can I change it
cercata
ParticipantThanks for this profile, this game is very diegetic, it can be a charm in VR !!!!
I’ll buy ut in the next sale for trying it.OMG, I need more hours to play all the games that work close to native VR with VorpX !!!!!

ParticipantI reinstaled Metro 2033 to try reproduce the problem, and send the savegame, and after reinstall, it worked on the first try the DirectVR Scan.
Now I’m having the problem with Far Cry 2, I have tryed manu times, with different settings, reverted the profile and game settings to the original again, even reinstalling the game.
I suspect it’s something in my computer that sometimes avoids VorpX from modifying the memory positions for DirectVR rotation …
