I made a video tutorial for an ESO Geometry 3D workaround until VorpX can get updated: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZN2oa3lLGA&t=1s

@Ralph, would it be possible to use this SBS 3D Vision mod with VorpX for the controls?

VorpX doesn’t seem to want to hook into The Elder Scrolls Online (Steam ver). This was the main reason I bought it.

VorpX itself is working otherwise; I can get the desktop and it hooks with Alien:Isolation.

Any suggestions of what I can try?

Would love to see Geometry 3D back in Elder Scrolls Online, if that’s ever up for another look…

I tried WoW, it plays on a cinema screen. I used F11 to change to VR, and it had no headtracking. I tried to enable it and nothing happened. I then tried Elder Scrolls Online – it crashed the PC. I tried it again, the graphic drivers crashed. I made sure they were up to date, and tried again, and VorpX crashed.

What am I missing here? The instructions are not clear – am I doing it wrong? I open VorpX. I go to the cloud and import the game profile. I press Apply and Close. I start the game. It says “attaching vorpx” then the game starts (or doesnt in the case of ESO).

elder scrolls online continues to have problems with the new version of vorpx: the 3d effect is minimal and faded, and it is better to use the “warhammer vermintide” game profile to play online elder scrolls rather than the official profile …

I’m a little disappointed by the new promises of the new vorpx: even quake4 and prey (2007) did not have the promised improvements

    Thanks for this great update.
This is a titanic job, and includes very interesting profiles, fix, adjustments, and additions.

Ralf, just a couple of questions.
-Black Mesa Source: scalable HUD added:
Could this feature also work with the Official Steam version?

-The Elder Scrolls Online: D3D11 Z3D:
I understand, that it has not been possible to obtain 3D geometry, or the possibility of modifying, height and width of the image separately for this title in FullVR mode for the moment, right?

Is the only modifier that sometimes, I usually miss, as an option (expert).
I observed a very similar modifier, within a classic videogame called Silver developed by Infogrames in the decade of the 90s.
This was resurrected by thq nordic “recently” in (Steam) and seems to include some interesting algorithm to achieve this feature.
Since then, I would like to have it with Vorpx.

    Regarding Vorpx notes,simply AWESOME!

Bump this article up! The game still has no 3D effects what so ever from what I can tell…. just a big screen… Has anyone had luck with this the passed year? I bought this program hoping I could mainly play The elder scrolls online in 3D and cinema mode would be fine for me… Just want 3D =( Alot of people have asked for this all over I don’t understand why this can’t be fixed if it WAS in 3D before hand.

Elder Scrolls Online used to work great before they removed the DX9 renderer, with DX11 it only works in unsupported mode currently, meaning no 3D but head tracking.

Can’t say anything regarding Warframe, sorry.

Hi, the games I would like to play with vorpx are not currently listed. I am reluctant to buy vorpx without knowing if it will work.

I am playing warframe and elder scrolls online at the moment. Will these work?

    I have a decent PC GTX 1070, i7, 16gig ram, win10 64, oculus rift, etc

    Thanks for any help.

Hopefully find the form or some method to actually get this.

With the arrival of new future announced VR versions for Fallout 4 and Skyrim, VR support by using Alien isolation mod, Doom3 mod and bfg edition, silent update for native Dying Light support with Cv1, and the currently developing mod For Half Life 2 VR …
The current situation makes Elder Scrolls Online now, among a few others, one of the new best candidates to play in VR using Vorpx.

The inclusion of 3D Geometry for games based on Unreal Engine 4 and Frostbite engine, would also be an improvement that Vorpx and users, shout out in this times.

    Hi Folks,
New Rift owner here and just came across this software so am very interested in buying this at the weekend.

Has anyone got ESO running well with VorpX?
If so can you list the settings you used please?

So what exactly does this software achieve, and by that I mean what kind of effect?
I played Elite Dangerous over the weekend in VR and was amazed at the difference from monitor play. So will I get fully 3D head-tracked (seated) play from this program from supported 2D games?

    Thanks for any advice.

I’ve searched the forums and the internet and have found no help. I’m trying to use my touch controllers with vorpX and just can’t get it to work. I see the options in the in-game menu for K/M and gamepad under the “touch” input menus, but no matter which setting or options I use, the touch controllers never respond. K/M and gamepad (XBOXOne) both work fine, but no buttons, sticks, or anything on the touch controllers do anything. PLEASE, can you help? I’ve been trying mainly to do this with Elder Scrolls Online (which I’ve read others have gotten it to work) what am I missing?
