DLSS_Mod:”nexusmods.com/deadisland2/mods/19″Hey everyone,
Sekiro has a 1st person mod that works quite well. I wouldnt recommend it for your first playthru, but great for NG+ or second playthrus in general.
Here is the mod along with a small video from the mod for you to know what it is going to look like.

The mod, unfortunately, only works with 1.04 of the game, so we need to “Downpatch it”. My recommendation, once you successfully downpatch it, is to make multiple copies of the game on a thumbdrive, or a spare hard drive, in case you ever have a crash, because downpatching it through Steam does take some time; you are not getting the same speed of downloads as you get from normal steam.
Here is how Speedrunners downpatch their games. One added thing, though. Make sure to also follow these steps, at the end, if the game is not launching for you
Add ‘pack.dat’ and add it to the game’s folder.
after the download is complete you will do 3 things – download the 1.04 executable in the instructions, download steamapi.dll if it wasnt included in your download – AND – this is what I messed up on, make sure to create the .txt document they want, these instructions here:
“2) Create a new text document in this folder titled “steam_appid” and in that document copy only the number “814380”. If you have file name extensions showing, the name of document will be
“steam_appid.txt”, if you don’t you’ll only see “steam_appid”.”If the game is successfully downpatched to 1.04, when you get to the launch screen and press Start, before entering the game, it will tell you what version youre on the bottom right corner.
Here are the speedrunners full instructions on downpatching
https://www.speedrun.com/sekiro/guide/kr7w8
Then, launch the game with the Vorpx profile and youll have yourself in Sekiro first Person, with 3d.
Profile based on Resident Evil 4 Remake.
Cloud Name: Resident Evil 4 Remake Grupo Español Vorpx.
Full VR, Z3D.
I recommend a resolution of 2880 x 2160.
To increase the FOV use this (I used 140 or 150 degrees): https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil42023/mods/123
You can follow this guide:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Kau1blS434&ab_channel=TutorialesyConsejosVorpx-VorpxTutorialsThis short setup guide will get KOTOR2 running properly in VorpX so you can have the best 3D experience possible.
1. Disable movies if the game crashes. You will have to go into the .ini file to do so.
Edit the swkotor2.ini file using notepad in the game installation folder and in the [Display] section change “Disable Intro Movies” from 0 to 1.
Then: add “Disable Movies=1” at the bottom in the [Game Options] section.2. For 3D settings you can find my KOTOR2 profile in the VorpX Cloud by Legaiaflame (just search for Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2). In the VorpX (Delete) settings menu I have found that Cinema Mode looks best. In more 3D options 3D FOV Enhancement will move the camera closer or farther away from you; I set it to 0.85. Head Tracking Multiplier should be set to 0.50 (found in the other VorpX menu options) and in Head Tracking Settings set the head tracking to on; that way you can look around when in first person camera mode (Capes Lock) In Image Settings set Clarity to full and Sharpen Amount to 2.00.
3. In the actual in-game settings turn off Frame Buffer Effects. This will get rid of all the horrible bloom and glare coming off of lights and certain objects. I believe this game as well as the original KOTOR is best played with a keyboard and mouse so don’t forget to map your player and minigame controls accordingly.
4.MODS
Environment and Character HD Textures
I like to use KOTOR 2 UNLIMITED WORLD TEXTURE MOD and Ultimate Character Overhaul -REDUX-
Just drop both MODS (All of the files not the folders) in KOTOR2’s Override folder

https://www.nexusmods.com/kotor2/mods/10603. Grass transparency glitch with World Texture MOD and how to fix in VorpX:
One thing to take note is in the World Texture mod there will be a fix for grass transparency. But in VorpX this doesn’t work unless you do what I’m about to explain:
Take the two Opengl files found in the AMD Transparency Fix folder and Copy them to your KOTOR2 directory/Installation folder where the main game .exe can be found. Just like he explains in the readme. Now:
Edit opengl32.ini with notepad and you will see this:
// Forces alpha to coverage instead of alpha test
ForceAlphaToCoverage = 1Change the 1 to a 0 like this:
// Forces alpha to coverage instead of alpha test
ForceAlphaToCoverage = 0and go to file and save before closing.
Also, Enable anti-aliasing (in-game or otherwise), this is required for the technique to work and the higher the better transparency
Enjoy proper Standing Grass TexturesHD Skyboxes
Also, one other MOD I would like to mention is the High Quality Skyboxes II mod. This looks pretty stunning. You can find it on the Steam KOTOR2 Workshop or here:
https://www.nexusmods.com/kotor2/mods/1099?tab=posts&BH=0
Supposedly, it is supposed to be installed before leaving Citadel Station but if you have any other problems you can uninstall it from the Steam Workshop by unsubscribing from it.
This should be all you need to have the best KOTOR2 3D VorpX experience! Have Fun!!

Hello I’m a total Vorpx noob who purchased the program just a couple days ago. For my first game I want to play Fallout 3 GOTY (which I last played way back in 2009 on PS3) with a bunch of mods (through Vortex) that hopefully will make the experience better in VR.
I finally got the game running pretty well on my new 4080 PC (Quest 2 through Virtual Desktop) in 90hz which seems to get rid of most of the weird warp stutter I experienced on 120hz. Playing in Full VR G3D on Phenomenal graphic setting.
Now I’m looking for advice on the best mods for playing the game in VR, and perhaps also advice on what mods to avoid in case they should be game-breaking in Vorpx. That’s where you experienced Vorpx Vault Hunters hopefully enter the equation!
I’ve been looking at Nexus collections like “Rebirth+” and “Vanilla But Kinda Better” and just taking whatever mods I feel like from there. I think I’ll avoid TTW for now. Nexus collections are here:
https://next.nexusmods.com/fallout3/collections
Mods I’ve installed so far: FOSE, Command Extender, ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated, Updated Unofficial F3 Patch, F3 Tic Fix… just basic stuff to get it running. I tried RH Iron Sights but didn’t like how gigantic the weapons became while aiming and the annoying swaying.
I would greatly appreciate any help! Thank you.
Some titles just work better in vorpX than others, and Greedfall has certainly been one of them for me. It’s a story-rich RPG that will probably appeal to persons who like Dragon Age etc. It has two things going for it that make it work well in vorpX (virtual cinema mode). First, it performs pretty darn well, and second, it’s engine is good enough that it also looks good. I’m managing a solid 60fps/60hz on my Pimax 8K-X at full 4K game resolution with only the need to turn shadows down. Every other quality setting is maxed. Turn the resolution down even a little and full-quality shadows are also fine. The TAA in this title is not the muddy-blurry mess it is in most games for some reason, so using the vorpX sharpening will get very crisp results.
A few quick tips:
1) Download the vorpX Cloud profile by domjacksonuk (thank you!). Make sure you are in Z3D Normal mode and that the depth is set to 1. Now set the near/far balance all the way to FAR: 100%. Now set the Focal Distance nearly as low as it will go; around 3 or so. At least for me this provides far and away the best results – surprisingly good 3D with few artifacts and excellent in cut scenes as well.
2) Set the in-game FOV slider to the maximum. That seems perfect to me, so no need to tweak it with mods or ini files, IMHO.
3) That’s about it, it’s a fairly good title without modding, although I do strongly recommend this particular Mod as it is a game-changer, allowing you to travel with additional party members: https://www.nexusmods.com/greedfall/mods/43 Follow the install instruction found in this post (just install it manually): https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/7994778-increase-party-size/?p=110975918Make sure your controller is on when you start the game or it won’t detect it. It also has some bugged controller issues that have never been fixed, but it’s far from a game-breaker.
