RalfKeymasterYou can scale the UI in Skyrim via vorpX (on the display page of the vorpX ingame menu or with ALT + mousewheel). Not sure whether that works with the UI mod you mention, but it definitely works with the the standard UI.
RalfKeymasterPlease try switching between DirectX 9 and DirectX 11 mode in WOW and between the 32bit and the 64bit version of the game. Maybe one of them works better on your rig than another.
RalfKeymastervorpX works with DirectX 9-11 games that you have installed on your PC. Those that were tested by us and adjusted to VR to varying degrees can be found on the supported games list, but it also works with many other games in a more basic way.
RalfKeymasterI sent you a link to an older vorpX version that was made for the DK1. Maybe that works better for you.
RalfKeymastervorpX only calls the standard Oculus init function, nothing fancy. All I can recommend are general things like reinstalling the 0.4.4 runtime, switching USB ports, checking cables, making sure that no other programs accesses the Rift while using vorpX.
RalfKeymasterPlease make sure to follow the steps in the DK2 Setup Guide in the vorpX help. If you still have problems afterwards, please check the trouble shooting guide.
You may have a program installed that interferes with vorpX. The trouble shooting guide has a few hints in this regard.
RalfKeymasterPlease check your e-mails and resend your key request with the same e-mail address that you used for the purchase. We need to be able to verify your request somehow.
RalfKeymasterError code 2 means that vorpX can’t find its profile directory.
Are you maybe using an unusual configuration? Installing vorpX with a user that does not have admin rights may cause this issue. Probably the first run after the installation is done with admin rights in this case, hence it works for the first run.
If that is the case, please give the user admin rights for installing vorpX in the Windows control panel. You can restrict the users rights again after the installation.
RalfKeymasterAn incomplete runtime install is a bad idea, at least in regard to vorpX. Please reinstall the latest runtime and do not uninstall anything afterwards. The camera should work just fine in Wondows 8.1 if everything is in order with your Rift.
RalfKeymasterCall of Pripyat should work, it even has a profile. Please try switching between DX9/DX11, maybe one of them works better for you.
Enhanced STALKER support (including DX9 Geometry 3D) will be in the next vorpX version. Not tested with Lost Alpha yet though.
RalfKeymasterThe CD shipping e-mail was sent by MyCommerce, apparently they do not have this problem. I can only speculate that your own webserver may have a setting active that prevents receiving mails from vorpx.com.
Gmail works fine normally, please report back here in case you still do didn’t receive the key e-mail.
I removed the mail address from your post above to not expose it longer than necessary to spam bots.
RalfKeymasterJust in case you didn’t check the Qickstart Guide in the help so far: to navigate menus that are hidden vorpX has the EdgePeek feature, which allows you to look around the screen. By default it’s activated with the middle mouse button. You can also toggle the vorpX mouse cursor on/off in cases where the auto detection fails (default: ALT C).
RalfKeymasterYour key has been sent immediately after we received the request. I sent it again, just in case. Please check your spam folder and spam filter settings.
If you can’t find the key message there, please provide us with an alternative e-mail address, ideally using the contact form on the website (or post it here). Apparently there is some problem with reaching you via the mail address we have.
RalfKeymasterIf you think the default world scale in a particular game isn’t correct, you can adjust the “3D-Strength” parameter in the vorpX ingame menu. Doing so alters the percieved scale of the scene.
Weapons will still look slightly too large in many cases since these aren’t rendered in the correct scale by most games to make them look good on a monitor.
RalfKeymasterThere seems to be an issue with posting videos in the forum software. Simply posting the link as text is probably the best method.
