No question about it, we need avatar frontiers of Pandora on Vorpx! The immersion of Cyberpunk on my Varjo Aero is gigantic. The fauna and flora of Pandora in VR would be incredible. I hope that we can experience that someday. Thank you for your efforts in general.

Came just to say 100% this!

I wish for us to get the same kind of VR “patch” as cyberpunk got. Sadly that game with vorpX demands a 5950x or better as my 5900x got murdered with low fps lol, but as avatar apparently only uses like 25% ish, that leaves more than 60% cpu usage left for VR.

Just wanted to add another thumbs up for this! Avatar support in vorpx would be incredible.

Hmmm, that message shouldn’t even pop currently with the latest Cyberpunk version. Anyway. No idea why you can’t click the button, but you can alternatively use the standalond mod version if you can’t make it work: CLICK

    Hi Ralf,

I’m trying get Cyberpunk running, but this pop-up window is asking to update components or continue. I **cannot move mouse cursor** with both mouse and controllers, so I cannot click this menu item. Also, I can move selection with cursor keys, but cannot confirm with enter or space.

How can I select required menu item?

    – vorpX 24.1.0
    – Cyberpunk 2.1
    – Oculus Quest 2

The game and vorpX were completely re-installed from scratch.

A new update is available. Adds compatibility with Cyberpunk 2077 2.1. Including a fix for the rendering glitches when entering a vehicle.

I use only vorpx no beta. Are too ustable and ralf never support us with this. Use only regular version if you have a problem.
Exodus run with dx11 on vorpx. If you want enchanted version must use a cyberpunk2077 profile.

I used Reshade and depth3d. I wanted to try Geometric 3D. Bought this one. And any title I try it either doesn’t have G3D, has no 3D, or when it has G3D it’s right eye is rendered with errors making it all useless. The new games it attaches to it shows 3D as OFF.
It’s Z-Buffer 3D similar to reshade is rarely available. And even when it’s available like in cyberpunk, it’s nowhere near the depth of reshade. I can’t adjust important parameters. There is practically no support. I guess it works for a few titles listed, but that’s it. Honestly I regret buying it. The only consolation is that it’s another fellow programmer like me, let him earn something, I guess it works for somebody.

Has anyone played Anno Mutationem with VorpX? Does it work?

It’s in Unity Engine 2019 (per PCGamingWiki), and i bought it mainly for the music/atmosphere and art direction.

ANNO: Mutationem is an action-adventure game with RPG elements set in a cyberpunk world, featuring a unique mix of pixelated 2D & 3D graphic style with a rich, dark and bizarre plot. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1368030/ANNO_Mutationem/

It doesn’t seem to be renaming it now (under 1.27.5), Ralf. I was still getting FPS loss on 1.27.5 unless I manually renamed it.
Anyway, the world looks to have moved on. Valve look to have retired the exe (actually, says so in the release notes!) as it doesn’t appear in a clean install of SteamVR 2.x now anyway.

All that said, SteamVR 2.1.8 looks to have fixed the FPS drop I was experiencing so yay, back to business as usual. :)

I suspect that the issue was tied to Valve retiring Game Theatre and replacing it with a function of their new overlay system. Cyberpunk still shows in an overlay window as well as in the virtual area behind (where it should be!), when you bring up the (for want of a better name) SteamVR taskbar. With 2.1.8 it now feels like it stops rendering the overlay window when the taskbar isn’t up. I suspect this was happening on previous versions of SteamVR 2.x. Not turning off “Present Non-VR Applications on Theater Screen Upon Launch” as Smoils highlighted would also give a 3rd rendering as a game theatre window!

    Anyway TL;DR:
SteamVR 2.1.8 fixes the issues highlighted in this thread.

    Hey ,
There is a way to make the head tracking in vehicle work on all axes and angles like in cyberpunk?
