    Hi, I tried the G3d profile, the left eye renders fine, but the right eye renders kinda blurry/smeared.
    I tried many settings, however I can’t seem to get it right. DO you have any suggestions?
    Other games like The Witcher 3 are working fine.
    (I’m using the Oculus Quest via Link cable)

    Is low resolution enough for you? I tested the poor man VR. If I selected the resolution lower than the second highest in the settings, i.e. over 3000x 2540, I only had very large pixels and everything was very blurred.
    The problem with the high resolution was that my FPS are down to the basement. Also I have a 4k 43 inch monitor hanging on it :-(

    For anyone following this thread. Looks like a profile was added with the latest update and it works ok but still far from perfect. I had lots of geometry and framing issues (2080RTX). Everything just looks blurry and not how I want to experience the game. I kind of give up on the full VR experience since it’s not quite there. Instead I’m using vorpx to play F12020 in cinema/theater mode without 3d geometry. Just a giant 2d screen in front of me in pod camera. It works really well that way! I plan to do the full My Team season like that. Sucks that we can’t experience full VR but that’s Codemaster’s fault.

    Very atmospheric horror title

    Choose a 4:3 resolution

    Turn off motion blur and other post process effects.

    Very enjoyable

    If the image looks blurry, run games at a higher resolution (while keeping an eye on performance). With higher resolutions you get a sharper image.

    You might whant to add additional resolutions to your PC that it can not display normally. More details on the matter, including a step-by-step guide and a list of resolutions to add, in the ‘Custom Resolutions’ section of the vorpX help.

    avisynth is used by the svp program.
    I now use avisynth for noise reduction, there is a very good algorithm there. There is also an algorithm to improve the anime of the 80s. avisynth is a universal video correction program, it can do a lot, it would be a desire.

    I will not convert 3D to 2D. I drill 3D, then I want to remove the noise, and on 2 images like that (almost all videos have noise).
    Then increase to 60-90fps using svp.
    After increasing the resolution from 1080p to 4k, because the helmet has a resolution of more than 1080p. When the resolution is increased by standard means, the image is blurred. But when the resolution is already large, you can compress it by any means.

    I tried to include 4k video through vorpx, I did not like the result. Very clearly visible ladder.

    I installed this tonight and took a quick look. It seems the Engine.ini tweak that works with most UE4 games work here as well for a decent FOV gain.

    Open with notepad Engine.ini found in:
    C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Local\ES2_Prototype\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

    Copy/paste these two lines somewhere at the bottom, save and close:

    [/Script/Engine.LocalPlayer]
    AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV

    —————————————————

    To compliment this tweak I’ve uploaded a new profile to the cloud you can try that has HUD layers assigned and 3D strength increased. Search for EVERSPACE 2 – Prototype Demo (dellrifter22) on the cloud.

    It defaults to FullVR, but I personally recommend cinema mode for this game if you rely heavily on the HUD. You can shrink HUD down for FullVR mode if you wish in the delete menu, but it becomes hard to read. Don’t forget to use vorpX EdgePeek for menus.

    If you need even more FOV to feel less zoomed, you can adjust the vorpX image zoom and also the 3D FOV Enhancement slider. Both of these can be adjusted on the main vorpX delete key menu page.

    To avoid texture and motion blur, in game Display settings:

    – set Anti Aliasing to Medium or Low
    – set Post Processing to Low

    I’ve disabled a few shadow conflicts and effects, but only spent 2 hours testing, so please forgive any glitches that may remain. Hope it makes it easier to play.

    RUSH: A Disney Pixar Adventure (G3D)

    A shorter adventure, but perhaps the more interesting set-piece level design. Should preform smoother as well. Shadows have been disabled, and some rope physics objects do not render correct 3D, but all else looks good. Playing as small toys and rats can be a fun way to experience a different world scale. For best FullVR FOV and visuals comparability:

    – use a 16:9 resolution (2560×1440) or 3D may not work
    – set Shadows to Low in Advanced Video Settings
    – also turn off motion blur

    *Adjustable HUD
    *Use vorpX EdgePeek for menus and driving scenes for better comfort
    *Tested on HP Reverb with mouse and keyboard

    I just played the Resident Evil 7 PC demo thru Vorpx using my Oculus Quest, it is very blurry compare to PSVR version at lower resolution. Same with Ace Combat 7.
    My in game setting for both is 1980×1080, I think steamvr upscale it.
    Is this blurriness normal?

    Thanks !

    Hi i bought a VorpX license last week, i decided to get into it today, i tried Alien Isolation and Resident Evil 7, both seem pretty good in VR (but blurry compared to native vr games) but the problem i’m having is my oculus touch controllers keep alerting me to pick them up when in game, and my xbox controller keeps flicking back and forth to the keyboard.

    Basically i just want to control the game with my controller, i found the games unplayable so far because of the constant switching, i looked in the VorpX in-game keybindings and it just shows keyboard bindings so no option to disable anything.

    Also is there a way to make Resident Evil 7 run a bit better and less blurry? i’m running it on a 2080ti, ryzen 3800x and 16gb of ddr 4 3200, and when i’m outside it drops to 40 fps, inside it bounces around 60-70 and i’d like to have consistent frames

    Edit: i’m using a Oculus Rift S

    Hey, I’m having a WoW-related issue for some time yet. It is about mapping some textures differently for each eye, making mess (only in G3D). Like in an image below, the whole blurry dirt is mapped almost similar but with little shift, easy to spot at the central part around the vertice angle.
    different textures
    Latest NVidia drivers, same for Oculus and VorpX.

    Moved post:

    KURSK (steam version) (G3D)

    I grabbed this on sale for super cheap and though it looked interesting. It’s a lot of back and forth, but kind of fun to explore the old submarine. G3D is good with no real issues, although performance is quite poor, so maybe don’t expect a smooth headtracking experience if you plan to keep a respectable resolution.

    Load times between each sealed door can be annoying at times, so perhaps installing on an SSD might help some. Enjoy

    – use a 16:9 resolution (1920×1080) in windowed mode, otherwise HUD may not scale correctly, which is important for reading subtitles
    – set FOV to max 80 in game options
    – use Low graphics settings, with High textures and TAA On
    – turn Off motion blur

    *Graphics settings seem not to save after you quit, so you may need to reset them and FOV each time you launch the game
    *Switch to Z3D when using PDA/computers for better readability
    *Set G3D Shadow treatment to OFF if you prefer the darker clean look without global illumination
    *Tested on HP Reverb with mouse and keyboard, steam version only.

    Far Cry New Dawn (G3D)

    Like the Experimental G3D profile I did for Far Cry 5, this one too is still work-in-progress experimental with some lighting and terrain artifacts remaining. It’s not the prettiest, but it is functional for anyone wanting to try it.

    I used a Viewmodel FOV Mod this time to make for a better FullVR view, I only wish it applied to driving vehicles as well.

    Get the mod from nexus here, choose the FOV 90 one, and follow the installation instructions on the description page.

    – install the Viewmodel FOV 90 mod
    – use a 16:9 resolution (2560×1440, 3072×1728 good for Reverb)
    – set FOV to max 120 in advanced video settings
    – set all graphics to Low, motion blur Off, but TAA and HD textures On
    – set reticle to Centered in gameplay settings

    *Adjustable HUD
    *Edgepeek for better vehicle driving
    *Hide all shadows with G3D Shadow Treatment
    *Tested on HP Reverb with mouse and keyboard

    Here is my profile after messing around in Deathwing for a bit. Only tested on the Enhanced Edition.

    Space Hulk: Deathwing – EE (G3D)

    Works pretty well, but is a little performance heavy. So far I have only tested the first few levels, but most should be in working order.

    – use a 16:9 resolution (1920×1080)
    – set FOV slider to max 90 in game options
    – use Medium settings, with view distance and shadows on Low
    – turn Off motion blur
    – set Head bobbing to low in gameplay options

    *Adjustable HUD
    *Edgepeek and disable 3D when reading map
    *Tested on HP Reverb with mouse and keyboard

    If the profile was flickering or rendering in one eye I wouldn’t never uploaded to the cloud but there might be another setting your have to change in the re3_config file. The profile is prefect on all the third headsets I tested and looks as good RE2
    The profile is prefect on all three headsets I tested it on True 3D geometry full screen exactly like RE2 remake.
    Below are my setting re3_config file which I think are important
    Below is my re3_config.ini file try this and see if this solves the problem.
    PCTargetAPIFallback=Enable
    Capability=DirectX12
    TargetPlatform=DirectX11
    UseOptimizeShader=Disable
    MainMenu=False
    LastCrashReport=
    UseVendorExtention=Disable
    [RenderConfig]
    PCDXver=DirectX11
    PCColorSpace=0
    PCWindowMode=1
    PCResolution=27
    PCRefreshRate=1
    PCFrame_Rate=1
    PCVSync=1
    PCRenderingMethod=0
    PCImage_Quality=6
    PCTextureQuality=9
    PCSamplerQuality=5
    PCMeshQuality=3
    PCAntiAliasing=1
    PCMotionBlurEnable=1
    PCShadowQuality=4
    PCShadowCacheEnable=0
    PCAOSetting=4
    PCBloomEnable=0
    PCLensFlareEnable=0
    PCVolumeLight=2
    PCReflection=0
    PCSSSS=0
    PCDOF=0
    PCLensDistortion=1
    PCFilmGrainNoise=0
    PCParticleLight=0
    PCSharpnessSetting=1
    [Display]
    HDRmode=1
    [Control_10264843]
    MouseReverse=1
    MouseBind=0
    CameraNormalSpeed=16
    CameraHoldSpeed=8

    check your setting I think if UseVendorExtention=enable this would cause that error.
